not all too special, but very pretty nonetheless.

this one had my interest for quite some time, namely because of a bigger interest in 2000s perfumes, but also because it sounded really nice. and... it is nice. I can't say it smells like J'adore Eau de Parfum, but I can say it is distinctly tropical and vaguely reminds me of some gardenia perfumes, tho there's no gardenia here. also reminds me a little bit of Paris Hilton Eau de Parfum. has a similar slight bitterness. very pretty tropical floral. it's on the weaker side of things, but sticks to my clothes decently. a big bottle is cheap, so no big deal. I'd honestly prefer a smaller bottle... they used to make one and I almost bought the smaller bottle, but I feared the potential of it being no good.

Another smell-alike from the Liz Claiborne brand

Confirmed! Bora Bora is a J'Adore smell-alike. That said, J'Adore is smoother & rounder than BB. J'Adore is also muskier as it dries. Regardless, BB is a GREAT smell-alike at a great price. Don't hesitate to purchase BB if you want J'Adore without the pricetag.

I really like BB ... just not the mass-market presentation of white florals in BB, which never seem to work well on my skin and always seem to aggravate my allergies.

It opens with a sweetness that consists of sweet mandarin and water lily it surprises me that Bora Bora and Alfred Sung Shi both
have a cloying to the skin style and opens
sweet and watery but shi is more woodsy and deeper in Incense more superior staying power then Bora, bora dries to a honey like scent of tuberoses that dominates this perfume completely overshadows the other notes orchid is an
elusive to the senses hard to find but it's in there. ginger faint traces of it
barely noticible is there any sandalwood in this thats hard to tell
unless you have an scent of an Canine
but to my senses no dice.
