gorgeous neverending summer fig tea
I think fig can be declined in a very laidback elegant way. that's not new. Think Premier Figuier or Philosikos... not similar perfumes but similar vibes: the same kind of slender gorgeous elegance you'll find in Isleta.
Tea, on the other hand can have this summery noble easygoing noblege Bvlgari showed us.
Isleta is better (and I own and love Eau au The Bleu, which is very -however- very different). I mean Isleta is more than tea and fig. there's an intriguing something in the opening (guess is the medarda? no idea). there's a blend of sunny summer greenness that never becomes to much, a grounded dry down...there's balance, there's joy... I think Michael Nordstrand did a gorgeous job with this summery scent that I happily wear in luminous days.

With fig leaf and white tea, Isleta is a magnificent scent.
Calm, deep, soft, and sensual. A fan of Nordstrand's fragrance world.

Initially a wonderful summery clover meadow, then more delicate jasmine with tea notes, fig + sandalwood pleasantly subtle. Great!

Beautiful white tea on fig, but nothing that a Belletrud at Bulgari or LV hasn't done worse...

Green Cottage Garden starts.
Then pleasant fig fruit with sage flashes through. Becomes softer, rounder. And unfortunately very distinctly sandalwood.

Beautiful scent. And then I see the perfumer. No wonder I like the fragrance. Lovely floral summer scent.

Spring-like fig scent with mild, lovely tea, becoming a bit spicier over time, so far the best from the brand, but still not a wow.

Fresh fig leaf and a lot of jasmine in floral white tea. Not bad, but not really special either.
