Japanese forest
China series.
Nihon no mori opens with marked notes of Japanese cypress and yuzu.
Citrusy and green.
In the heart, the floral part joins the woody part that gives it structure and character.
Throughout, among the oud types, I smell very much the Chinese one with spicy/medicinal/smoky scents.
To my nose is a woody fragrance with a green hints by the Hinoki.
It smells like a forest, not humid or dark, but green and aromatic.
