Coffee, coffee, coffee..

I am very fond of this perfume by my dear friend Ahmed. In general I am very fond of all perfumes that remind us of something positive from my past, my adolescence and my childhood. I associate this perfume with the period of my adolescence, when I went to school and in the morning I used to meet with my friends at the bar under the school and I always had my usual coffee which gave me the energy to start my day. That scent of coffee intoxicated me, coffee mixed with chocolates scattered here and there among the various glass jars on the counter, and that light smell of tobacco coming from outside from those who smoked their last cigarette before entering the classroom. Chocolate, coffee, tobacco….the most beautiful perfume I have smelled with these notes so far. Everything mixed so perfectly and so realistic but above all with incredible persistence!

Dark gourmand

It opens with a nice very dry, bitter, dusty cocoa.
Followed by lots of tobacco and coffee (powder).
Dark, bitter and with some saffron to recreate an almost leathery feel.
Initially it is quite "closed," but after a couple of minutes it opens up and out comes the boozy part made slightly sweet by vanilla and honey.
This is not one of those synthetic gourmands that makes you nauseous: here the naturalness of the raw materials is clearly perceivable.
Tobacco extract, Spanish saffron macerated in French honey absolute, coffee, deer musk, ambergris... A very rich composition, which from the color and sediments within it alone makes you enjoy it.

Rarely have I smelled such a rich/deep gourmand. Coffee and chocolate are prominent, slightly oily, with alcoholic notes as just a sidekick. Unfortunately: sweet.
