Appearances can be deceptive ...
Thanks to my wonderful friend K, I was able to enter the weird world of S. The bottles make me laugh because they seem to be the creation of an adult with the mind of a child fascinated by monsters from outer space and intergalactical battles.
Right, now onto the scent.
What hit my nasal passages first was a clear barbershop vibe.
Now, don’t be put off.
This was a very classy gentlemen’ affair.
A minty-citrusy edge appears almost instantly.
It's invigorating.
Truly.
Not only do you smell it, but you can also feel an obvious cooling sensation where you applied the fragrance.
Very soon afterwards, a comforting smoothness emerges.
It still retains its original nature but strangely enough, transforms itself into a definite unisex fragrance.
I would describe the drydown as a skin scent.
A soft and gentle vanillic musk, in complete contrast to the bottle.
Sadly, the lifespan on skin is mediocre to say the least, but it holds itself well on fabric, and ends up smelling like freshly laundered cotton.
