Cherry Picking Good!
Kokomo? There’s that song by the Beach Boys that dreamily mentions this place in connection with some Caribbean islands. However, Kokomo is fictional - but it sounds beautifully exotic, like a refuge destination of bliss.
Anyone who generally loves cherries will also find their paradise in Cherry Kokomo, just like in many other cherry fragrances that have been sprouting up like crazy since Lost Cherry Eau de Parfum.
For me, these only differ in sweetness, intensity, presentation, brand, and of course price.
Here, in addition to cherry, there are also raspberries, mandarins, and rose, which only reveal themselves marginally.
Marshmallow and white flowers also play a rather minor role, but they contribute significantly to the fact that Cherry Kokomo does not simply smell overwhelmingly of cherry.
And that’s the beauty of this EdP. It is wonderfully understated yet still present. Even the synthetic notes do not come through too strongly or disturbingly. Moreover, I find it absolutely wearable for men, even though cherry is traditionally a feminine theme, but since, for example, Lost Cherry Eau de Parfum, it has become accessible to a broader customer base.
