Salt, sea and a bag of salty liquorice ..
I received a small sample of this fragrance as a gift. To be honest, I would never have thought of testing the fragrance myself.
One of the very, very few designer fragrances that I don't find too mainstream and super boring. The fragrance is surprisingly different and far from mainstream and the usually, for me personally, yawning boring perfumes from, for example, the "Green Shop"...
Well H+ S is not intoxicating but I find the fragrance itself very very nice.
The fragrance is very salty, aquatic and reminds me of the sea. Fortunately, I can't smell the mandarin. In addition, the drydown has a rather distinct note of salty licorice, as if you had just opened a bag of salty licorice. God knows where this licorice note comes from. Heliotrope is a note that I adore and the note of a slightly powdery heliotrope becomes more and more pronounced and is a feast for my nose, the whole thing is on a bed of light wood.
