Onyx Black by Pana Dora is a warm, spicy fragrance with impressive depth. The opening of saffron, cinnamon and bergamot is intense and harmonious, while the heart of incense and ambergris exudes a mysterious, oriental aura. In the base, fir resin and cedar provide a long-lasting, woody finish. The sillage is strong, the longevity excellent - a fragrance that remains present throughout the day. It is particularly effective in the cooler months. Anyone who loves oriental fragrances with character should definitely give it a try.

I am now the first person in the world to have it at home. Thanks to Pana Dora and Ibrahim.
Now to the fragrance: some people love it, others don't love it at all. Why ? I think it's the cinnamon. It is quite demanding or almost intrusive at the beginning. But that subsides after about 10 minutes and then comes the harmony that you know from Pana Dora. The citrusy notes in combination with the spicy nutmeg bring calm to the fragrance. The saffron exudes a creamy sweetness that makes this fragrance seem almost romantic.
The heart notes finally bring the Orient into the fragrance, making it slightly smoky, spicy and creamy.
The base is determined by cedarwood and a dark fir resin, which gives this perfume strength, which in turn is intercepted by labdanum.
I find Onyx Black very successful, even if it is not a milestone. However, the name promises more than it delivers, because it is not that BLACK
