Eau des Missions Le Couvent 2011

Eau de Missions is wonderfully warming, sweet and invites you to feel good. This perfume has been around for several years. However, it has since been discontinued. Eau de Missions has always been a great value for money. I hadn't had the fragrance under my nose for years and then a long time ago I bought a bottle to try it again. Recently, I finally did it again, sprayed it on and wore it.

With Eau de Missions, you get a superficially vanilla fragrance, which has a slight "boozy" twist, especially in the first phase.
A kind of rum plays together with the vanilla. It harmonizes perfectly and simply smells good. The rum also gives the scent a great "spiciness"
With the benzoin, the fragrance also gains a super pleasant resinous sweetness.

The longer the fragrance lingers on the skin, the softer it becomes in my opinion. This impression of rum fades more and more for me and the vanilla remains the star of the fragrance.
However, it now comes across as much creamier, powderier and, as described above, softer.
The fragrance also somehow reminds me of one or two scents.
But I can't figure out which one it might be and I don't mean Mercedes Club Black.

All in all, a beautiful fragrance that has always been popular due to its PLV and rightly so.
