Mouth-watering

I’m a bit biased because mango sticky rice is my favorite dessert ever, but I find this so tasty and cozy. If I could, I would keep a tiny vial on me all day and sniff it to keep the scent from fading . The mix of sweet/savory notes makes it kind of addicting to smell. When I first put it on, the strongest note is glutinous rice with bit of toasted sesame and *slight* juicy mango. Overtime, it fades into more of soft, sweet mango-y/subtle coconut milk-forward scent. I have a hard time with overly sweet & cloying gourmands, so I find the milky/nutty/savory/salty hints in this perfume very pleasant.

sticky rice with a smidge of mango

A wonderfully playful take on sticky rice with very minimal mango. There is definitely more of the milky notes and rice notes than there is mango but it's definitely there in a noticeable sense. Opens with the smell of starchy and freshly sticky rice with a creamy, almost savory buttery touch there. Then you get a cheeky touch of mango in sweetly fruity way. Dry down is muskier with a soft sandalwood touch, not very much mango left, and remnants of the sticky rice. If you're looking for a well done milky rice scent this is it, but if you're looking for prominent mango, look elsewhere.

Sweet Mango Sticky Rice

I blind bought this the day it released, despite not loving any of the many mango fragrances I’ve tried recently. I love the taste of mango, but I had kind of concluded that perhaps the scent wasn’t for me… until I smelled this. It’s slightly sweet, sticky rice with a touch of milky creaminess and a few slices of ripe, juicy mango. It’s more complex smelling than a lot of mango fragrances because of the cozy feeling and lactonic feel it evokes. I’ve grown to love LMG bottles and their colored juice - this looks just like a bottle of mango sorbet and looks beautiful on display. This may be backup bottle worthy if it truly is limited.
