Buttery, but not awful
It starts off smelling like smashed bananas and melted butter, and dries down smelling like... smashed bananas and melted butter. That buttery note sticks around until the absolute end, and clings to clothes too.
I don't think this is terrible. In fact, I enjoy that buttery "popcorn" smell that some gourmands have, and I LOVE bananas and how they smell. However, Banana Bliss is nothing out of this world either. I think this would need to be layered with other gourmand banana products to bring out the most in this.
I have a banana shower gel from Lush (the one with the Minions on it), and a banana milkshake body butter from a local indie company that I use with this to amp it up a little.
The bottle is a little over the top, but it's cute! The sprayer works nicely too.
Overall, I think that if you're looking for a proper banana cream or banana bread fragrance, this might not fully scratch that itch. I like it a lot though, and think it will be perfect for talking a walk on a chilly day when the leaves start to change in a month or two (where I live, at least).

It's banana bliss, what could it cost Michael, 10 dollars?
I had a bottle of Banana Bliss (BB) for quite some time now. My first impression was, it smells exactly like Cantu curl cream mixed with Garnier hair food, the banana kind. With the added displeasure of the signature Paris Corner annoying, headache-inducing, even nauseating artificial dry down note - possibly some ingredient used to give a good staying power to the perfume.

It's been quite a few months of what you could call maceration, and I have to say, BB is much more behaved now! All the scents are more refined and harmonious. It still smells somewhat hair product-y but more elevated. And fingers crossed, I'm not getting the artificial twang that I hate so much.

The bottle is super naff though. Cheap flimsy plastic cherry on top kind of thing. Not my jam but it could be worse.

Banana Bliss
Banana cream pie, rich and buttery with a sprinkle of toasted coconut. Very sweet, definitely gourmand, my only complaint is that it leans a bit synthetic. I can see this being quite wonderful in early autumn, but it’s definitely quite a quirky scent and as such probably not for everyone. Worth a sample regardless.

Beautiful name, less beautiful content.
Are there really people who want to smell like banana?
I can understand strawberry, pineapple, raspberry, or bergamot, but banana?
Although banana milkshake does smell kind of nice, but do you even get banana here?

Yes, right in the opening there is a hefty creamy banana that smells quite synthetic.
Somehow I also smell something that reminds me of cake batter, but also totally synthetic.
Creamy, fruity, synthetic, not for lovers of high-quality fragrances, but still somehow unique, I have never smelled anything like this before.

In the dry down, coconut is added to the banana and cream.
However, the coconut also smells quite synthetic, everything here just smells of low quality.
It does become creamier and slightly more pleasant, but that takes time and not everyone wants to wait half an hour or longer.
I want a fragrance that smells great right away, and that's why I'm glad I tested it (thanks to Peppermint), but to buy a bottle of it? Never.

For such a synthetic bomb, it's rather mid-range.
Definitely unisex, with a tendency towards the feminine (W65%/35%M).

My conclusion: unique but cheap, that's how you could best describe Banana Bliss.
Cheap not in terms of price, but in terms of quality.
Simply way too synthetic, a typical headache candidate that you probably would never wear if you have a good collection.
Better keep your hands off it and get something else, just a tip.

Borderline
Synthetic banana, not like in a banana split cup but like a scented candle...hard to describe, such a lush, exaggerated filling scent, coconut has hidden behind the banana...oh I don't know, somehow the whole thing has developed an unpleasant burnt note. It goes in the direction of Shaghaf Vanilla Toffee only without that "maggi note" Artificial...Aside from that, the bottle is very very awkward, I find the cap with the amarena cherry borderline. H/S thank goodness very low, of course a shame for people who like this type of fragrance. For me, this "trophy" had to move on very quickly. Association to Donkey Kong, the whole thing was also very space-consuming due to the design of the bottle.

Smells exactly like the jelly banana from the Haribo Tropifrutti bag for me. Becomes milky and creamy in the drydown. Very synthetic, yet tasty.

Overripe banana in the oven. The fermenting note is off-putting and ruins the gourmand, creamy aspect.

I don't understand all the "hate." To me, it's a wonderfully warm banana cake.

Over time, it only smells like overripe microwave banana with cookie crumbs. Somehow very pastry-heavy, even though it's not listed. Not my thing.

Extremely artificial, sweet, and creamy banana, reminds me of cheap scented candles at TK Maxx :(

Took Ministry of Gourmand 'Creamy Biscuit' and added a homeopathic drop of banana to the KN! Oops, there it goes again :(
