Finally a great summer fragrance with coconut
It's really not easy to find a good coconut fragrance, in my opinion there are few and they are mostly synthetic and not exactly beautiful.
Before I bought the Coconut Lagoon, I came across the Endless Summer, which simply smelled like toilet cleaner with a little coconut.
Coconut and bergamot are also in the foreground here, but compared to Amando Perez, Paris Corner is on a completely different level.

Many people don't notice the coconut in the opening, but I can smell it right from the start.
Although bergamot and mandarin are a little more noticeable at first, there is a wonderful creamy coconut in the background that fortunately doesn't smell synthetic.
After this great opening, I immediately realized that I had finally found the almost perfect coconut fragrance.

CL remains quite linear, only the coconut comes out more in the DD.
A great, summery mix of 50% bergamot/tangerine and 50% sweet, creamy coconut develops.
However, the citrusy notes do not make it an overly sweet fragrance, so it can also be worn in summer.
I don't find the bergamot as fresh as in many other fragrances, but it still gives the fragrance a light freshness.

To be honest, I don't notice anything of the heart note.
With a little imagination, maybe the apple, but no trace of watermelon and caramel here.

The performance is not the best.
I perceive it well in the first 60 to 90 minutes, after that it is just there without radiating strongly.
The more sprays the better.
So actually perfect for the office and generally in situations where you want to smell good but not disturb anyone.

Find Coconut Lagoon unisex, but see it more on a man (M60%/40%W).

Avoid the Endless Summer and get the Coconut Lagoon instead.
Can only recommend it, think it's really great and will definitely be wearing it more often this summer.

Citrus lagoon with coconut water spring
In the first few minutes, you look in vain for the coconut, at most you find a little coconut water, but a very pure, fresh coconut water, as if a river were flowing out of a coconut cell. Citrusy notes and mandarin clearly gain the upper hand. After around 5 to 10 minutes, the citrus fades into the background and the coconut develops. It has now gained the upper hand and is as creamy as Creed Virgin Island Water. Still excellent quality! The watermelon also supports the beach vibe, which has now become a sugar cream beach with the help of the caramel. The vanilla is slightly perceptible and also creamy, soft and warm.

I picked up the Coconut Lagoon because I wanted an alternative to Creed's VIW. Although the rum-sugar cane accords are missing here, which means the liqueur-like touch is missing, it definitely goes in that direction, but is much fresher and more citrusy. The silage is somewhat weaker than the VIW, but the longevity is comparably good at around 7 hours.

So if you are looking for a beautiful, authentic and citrusy coconut, this is the one for you. The quality is phenomenal. But you should also take a look at Boss Pacifique or the OG Creed Virgin Island Water. Definitely worth a blind buy for the price (which I did).

Lime zest with green coconut
Like wringing out a fresh lime peel on your wrists - simply very refreshing. Not particularly complex, but if you like limes with green coconut, I can't think of anything better.
My only criticism would be that Coconut Lagoon doesn't last very long, especially on the skin.

A tropical breeze...as beautiful as it is fleeting
I have now tested the Coconut Lagoon for a few days in direct comparison to its "older brother, the Malibu Party, and come to the following conclusion The fragrance delivers what the ingredients promise: a wonderful lime-coconut mix in which, in contrast to Malibu Party, the coconut and thus a certain gourmand sweetness gains the upper hand more quickly, but for me this is absolutely suitable for summer and definitely wearable for both men and women. The biggest drawback for me, however, is the durability and sillage...more than three hours are not possible for me in terms of durability on the skin and I deliberately did not "mist" myself during testing so as not to become fragrance-blind too quickly. However, to save my honor, it shares this fate with its counterpart.
After three hours, I also only perceive the Malibu Party very, very close to the skin and faintly.
If you like it a little fresher, i.e. with more lime impact, you will be better served with the Malibu.
For the somewhat "sweeter" among us, the Coconut Lagoon is the right choice.
In the short drydown, I can hardly smell any more differences Given the price, I'll stick with Coconut Lagoon and spray it a little more often - because this fantastic fragrance deserves to be noticed by the outside world

Coconut, citrus and caramel. Summer perfection. Definitely not a clone, more so inspired by others in this category. My most worn this year.

Does not smell like VIW. Not even close. It does smell pretty nice though, candied sweet fresh coconut drink.
