The opening of Apollonia belongs to the powdery notes,which appear for something more elegant,to introduce a creamy, intense scent which envelops the skin and lasts you through the night,white petals mingling with purple touches of orris surrounded by a white musk cloud of sensuality. The fragrance is so delicate and unexpected,so incredibly addictive and seductive it can create the image of the moon surface,the feeling it induces being exactly like the first steps taken by an astronaut in the space.

Apollonia is perfection,a lingering unique scent perfect for daytime wear,leading seamlessly into night.

Apollonia is unisex,although the notes do not mention that. The white florals and the musky powdery allure of the fragrance might indicate to a feminine wearer,but there's no way Apollonia is JUST feminine. Everything about this fragrance talks about sensuality,and this atribute is perfectly fit for every gender. Because that is what Apollonia represents, seductiveness in a bottle.

Apollonia is a one of a kind type of floral skin scent. Its a soft, crisp, floral fragrances that is unbelievably refined. I've never been fond of Xerjoff as I find their work usually to be boring, but Apollonia has such a beautiful touch.

Miss Apollonia in the powder room, grading essays

I was first drawn to Apollonia by its creation story - inspired by the vast silence of space, the elegance of lunar dust, and the solitude of the Apollo 11 mission. I love a perfume with lore, and this one promised an otherworldly, contemplative experience.

On initial spray, it opens with a distinct chalky-floral sharpness. As it settles on skin (which softens it slightly compared to fabric), it reveals a small amount of soapiness that adds to the overall sterility.

The scent evokes a very strong picture of a perfectly groomed school teacher. She is wearing a crisp white cotton shirt and a beige trouser suit that is probably a little too expensive for her salary. She is elegant, quiet, serious, never raises her voice, never gets messy and always grades in red pen.

Eventually, the chalk and white florals fade into a lingering powdery floral musk, unmistakably reminiscent of a vintage compact case.
It’s not a flirty or glamorous. It’s powder room vintage. Dry, pale, and perfumed with decades-old dust. Like rummaging through your grandmother’s vanity drawer and finding a relic that smells beautiful but trapped in time.

After wearing Apollonia for a full hour, I couldn't wait to scrub it off. What began as chalky and refined quickly became cloying and claustrophobic. The soft powderiness that initially felt elegant started to cling, growing sweeter, thicker, and more intrusive with every passing minute. It wasn’t just that I didn’t enjoy it. It felt like it was pressing down on me, blurring my senses in a cloud of cosmetic nostalgia I hadn’t signed up for.

White flowers

From the beginning till the end a huge field of white flowers. It’s sweet, milky, thic and most and mainly white flowers. It’s a flawless flower perfume that delivers. The bottle is outstanding and the blending like known from Xerjoff is sublime. I would recommend this perfume to anyone that likes flowers and mainly likes white flowers.

Bottle speaks for itself, I guess.

It’s a decent “skin scent” but not as spectacular as people make it sound. This opens up really harsh, it smells like acetone for the first 30 seconds and then turns into the powdery musky smell described in the notes. I pick up a very creamy musk, almost like pencil-shavings sandalwood that is probably brought by the iris. The scent last about 3-4 hours on skin and much much longer on clothes. Additionally, this perfume is kind of mature; it doesn’t feel cozy or personal probably because it leans powdery but I was very underwhelmed.
