A multi-faceted fruity, sweet and powdery all-rounder
So: Leeeeeeets Go
I took the opportunity to stock up on this new fragrance in Dubai. The saleswoman of Swiss Arabian told me that it is a "Limited Edition" (is also on the packaging) and no one at Swiss Arabian knows how long this fragrance remains in the portfolio. After this information, I covered myself with 2 bottles and the matching highly concentrated perfume oil (100% alcohol-free) of Shagaf Oud Ahmar.

This is a gourmand fragrance, but also has citrus and powdery notes. After spraying, one immediately smells the melon and peach from the top note out. This is joined by the fresh and tangy aroma of bergamot. After some time, the tonka bean and vanilla comes through more and more. This gives the fragrance a pleasant sweetness, without being intrusive and penetrating. The musk note and sandalwood round out the sweet fragrance once again and make it perfect.
There was still OUD!!! Do I smell oud out??? Really only very minimal, if any, I must confess. When I sniff OUDduffte here in Dubai, it is already too violent / too strong for European noses. Therefore, oud may be included, but really very minimal for my sensation, since this fragrance comes along rather pleasantly sweet, fruity and powdery.

This sweet, citrusy and powdery fragrance composition is in my eyes a timeless perfume with pleasant fruitiness. It can be worn by both male and female and also at any time of year. With this fragrance you are guaranteed not to antagonize, because it is very pleasing and will please 9 out of 10 people.

This multi-faceted fragrance you can always spray on such as business occasions, private occasions, celebrations and especially to club visits and of course to dates.

This is an EdP with the usual good projection, durability and sillage. Since I am the type "Overspray" and always spray on so the 10-15x (minimum), the durability and sillage was with me to the 10 hours :-) At some point I was then also odor-blind. The projection was also quite decent. I noticed how in the shopping mall people looked for me or looked out who there so extremely projected when they were near me.......and for several hours. My better half scolded me why I always have to "overspray" and stand out. But my god, there are worse things than smelling good. On the clothes, the scent was still very intensely perceptible the following day. This speaks for the fragrance and its performance, as is also known, for example, from the golden Shagaf Oud.

The red bottle signals a strong and powerful fragrance, but this actually turns out pleasantly sweet, citrusy and powdery. Simply a MEGA fragrance. The shape of the bottle is well known. The packaging is very elaborately designed and rather reminiscent of a very high-priced fragrance water.

The bottle costs in Dubai at Swiss Arabian regular 200.00 AED (about 50.00 EUR), where I have paid per bottle 165.00 AED (about 41.00 EUR) after some bargaining in the Swiss Arabian Store.

Conclusion: I would not be surprised if this fragrance among the Parfumos and like-minded also develops into an absolute sales hit.

About a cup I would be happy if you liked it.

Summer has never smelled like this!
So in a nutshell for all people who don't want to beat around the bush.

The Shaghaf Oud Ahmar was a blind buy of mine after I was looking for something new and fruity. It arrived a few days later and I approached the situation relatively neutrally and gave it its first spray.

Wow!
My expectations could have been set much higher and yet they were exceeded. If you want something fruity but don't want to smell like gummy bears or Erba Pura, this is the right fragrance for you.

The peach and the melon are perfectly accentuated, but are perfectly slowed down by the base so that the people around you react positively
The very first time I wore it, I was often asked which new fragrance it should be and was even asked after about 6 hours of wearing it whether I had "reapplied" the fragrance because it spreads such a pleasant cloud of fragrance.

For younger people, this is the killer fragrance. Unfortunately so good that I don't even want to smell many other fragrances anymore and don't have to look any further when looking for something fruity.

At least a 9/10 for the price performance, the S/H and the fragrance itself!
If you need a fragrance for the summer, you've come to the right place!

You want it sweet... and fruity.... and also inexpensive....?
Hello to the round,

there are said to be people who like the "Erba Pura | XerJoff" and the Kirkè Extrait de Parfum very much and also not everyone has the money to buy those fragrances, or some just do not want to (spend so much money), all cool!

This small "crisp review is aimed at all those I just named!

Swiss Arabian is already known for some years that they like to "clone" , however, they do this compared to very many companies (craftsmanship and tuning ) very well, in pure comparison to some others. And the performance here is really very good and need not hide!

The fragrance is fruity - sweet and this he remains (quite linear), but this I do not see as a flaw!

Personally, I am on the one hand no friend of the "clone" and the scent direction, but I do not have to, BUT what those have delivered there ... is already really really good. This fragrance direction try many to copy, but to 98% the result is always modest. HERE you can, if you want exactly that really do nothing wrong!

And now a nice day / evening or always you read this review, LG the Benny

A summery good mood cocktail to fall in love with
Anyone who may have already stumbled across one or two of my reviews knows that I am an absolute Swiss Arabian fan. Rarely have I discovered such great fragrances that perform so well and are more than just fairly priced. Apart from H/S, because it beats everything anyway.

One of my favorites is the Shaghaf Oud Ahmar Eau de Parfum and is already the summer fragrance of 2024 for me. I can already see myself rocking this fragrance this year on a well-deserved vacation on a beautiful sandy beach, looking out over the beautiful blue ocean, sizzling in the sun. A refreshing fruity cocktail in my hand with these cute little glitter umbrellas on top and a bar of freshly sliced melon to snack on. Life could hardly be more beautiful, could it? At least I have rarely experienced a summer fragrance that is more beautiful! With it, a good mood and summery anticipation are already pre-programmed. Whether by the pool/beach during the day, strolling through the beautiful city or at dinner in the evening, the Shaghaf Oud Ahmar Eau de Parfum is the right "dress" for every occasion and simply always looks good.
If you know and love Kirkè Extrait de Parfum, "Erba Pura | XerJoff", Velvet Fantasy or Confidential Private Gold, then this fragrance from Swiss Arabian is just right for you. It reflects (for me) the best of all the fragrances mentioned and adds its own character to create something wonderful.

I have already anticipated it in the first lines, H/S and P/L are absolutely amazing! No more words are needed.

I can only recommend this bottle full of joie de vivre to everyone!

The least synthetic Erba Pura Dupe
And here we have another Erba Pura dupe.
Yes, the original is popular, but many also hate it.
But on the whole, it's a fragrance you should know.
Do you need another one? Aren't 5-6 alternatives enough?

First of all, of all the dupes I have tested or owned over the years, Shaghaf Oud Ahmar is by far the best.
Even if I compare it with my previous favorite, the Amber Oud Gold Edition, it is clearly better.
It simply smells less synthetic compared to Al Haramain.
Has fewer rough edges,
is more floral, therefore a little more feminine and the synthetic shower gel note that Al Haramain has is almost completely absent here.

But without comparing it further, I'll start directly with the fragrance.
It starts off quite alcoholic.
So when you spray it for the first time, don't go straight for it with your nose, otherwise it can almost make you sick.
But it doesn't even last a minute.
Then the alcohol disappears and you perceive a fruit cocktail as you know it from the original.
I perceive peach and melon most clearly, supported by a fressie that keeps the fragrance from drifting too much into sweetness.

In the DD, I perceive floral notes in the background, but it is difficult to say which notes they are.
I only recognize that there is something floral.
Could be rose, but the fruity notes are so present that everything in the background is hard to recognize.
Over time, I also notice apple, which makes the fragrance feel even more fruity.
Despite its fruity sweetness, Shaghaf Oud Ahmar always gives you a clean vibe.
This probably comes from the musk, which is also not really present, but somehow makes the fragrance appear clean.

The tonka bean and sandalwood are probably responsible for the creamy finish.
What remains is a very fruity, sweet, slightly clean, floral cloud that envelops you and is very reminiscent of Erba Pura.
I don't smell the oud that many people perceive here at all, I have to say.

It's a good mood fragrance that you can wear at any time of year, even in summer.
Perhaps not ideal in the cold winter, but otherwise great.
A little more feminine than the other dupes, as mentioned at the beginning, but still wearable as a man.

The performance is quite ok.
Many have rated the sillage and longevity at 10, but I don't think it's that good.
But I've only had it for a few months.
My Amber Oud Gold Edition was also rather moderate in terms of performance at the beginning and after a year it has become a beast.
I can imagine that the Swiss Arabian will be just as strong, as it is already performing above average.
But compared to Shaghaf Oud Eau de Parfum, Shaghaf Oud Azraq Eau de Parfum or Shaghaf Oud Tonka, it lags somewhat behind in terms of performance.
For summer, however, the radiance and longevity are more than respectable.

My conclusion: if you already have one of the countless EP dupes, then you don't need this one. But if you want the best quality and virtually no synthetics, then you should get rid of your Ana Abiyedh Eau de Parfum and what they are all called and get the Shaghaf Oud Ahmar Eau de Parfum.
You won't regret it.
If you don't like EP at all, you should of course pass.

One of my early faves! If Erba Pura's successful older sister walked into the room, she's sophisticated but u marvel at the resemblance.

That opening? A synthetic fruit bomb I almost scrubbed. But the drydown? Worth the wait - melty, warm, fruity amber perfection.

A vanilla+amber based musky fruity scent. The fruity part is tropical but the vanilla makes it too heavy for me to wear it in the summer.

One of the best summer alternative for women. Fruity-fresh scent with watermelon intensity. Not that expensive with high sillage&longevity.
