A Dream of Caramel

This fragrance reminds me of... a scene from my childhood... in a small corner shop... where I used to go often as a child and where various kinds of caramel candies... were beautifully and neatly stored... in glass bowls... on the counter... The old lady... who worked in the shop... always had a glass of milk by her side... the milk smelled so good...
besides the caramel candies, there were always plenty of pralines in the jars... the whole room smelled of it... and that's exactly how Noor smells to me... every time... when I wear this super amazing fragrance... I have to think of that.

The best Bianco Latte dupe I've come across.

After Lattafa released the "Eclaire / اكلاير | Lattafa / لطافة" as a Bianco Latte dupe, Riiffs is now following suit.
But do you need the Noor if you already have the Eclaire? Not really, no.
However, if you don't have either, I would personally go for the Noor.
Why?
Well, both start off very similarly, but I find that the Noor is less synthetic and piercing in the opening.
A really great lactonic, caramel scent right from the opening.
Not synthetic at all, I find it to be of higher quality than the Lattafa.

The scent remains very linear.
Vanilla comes in during the dry down, but the caramel and milk are still noticeable.
In the dry down, it actually gets a bit closer to the Eclaire.
Nevertheless, the Noor smells slightly more high-end, but ultimately they are about 95% similar.

As for performance, I see both fragrances on par.
For me, the Noor might have a bit more staying power, but the projection is just as good as with the Lattafa.

Noor tends to lean more feminine like Eclaire, but I still find it wearable as a man (W65%/35%M).

My conclusion: Since I own the Eclaire and the Noor is not exactly cheap, I will probably pass.
However, I must say this is the best Bianco Latte alternative I have smelled so far.
High quality, top performance, a dream of a fragrance that I can only recommend.
