Dates and Roses

I really like this fragrance. I can only detect the dates and floral notes on my skin. The rose and peony are light and pink. I was looking for a rose and date fragrance that would work for me. I tried so hard to like Jardins de Misfah from Une nuit nomade but that fragrance is sour to my nose. Lalla la rose works much better for me. I wish I got more of the vanilla and marshmallow, but I don’t get that at all. I’ll have to try it again in colder weather, maybe I’ll have a different experience in fall and winter.

Delicate Pink Clouds

I am absolutely enchanted by this fragrance!
From the very first whiff, it brings a smile to my face. Lalla la Rose is sweet, fruity-rosy, and gives a feeling of coziness - just perfect for snuggling up.
The sweetness of the fragrance is present, but never overwhelming or sticky. According to the marketing, the scent is inspired by Turkish Delight - which I find to be a quite fitting image. When I smell Lalla la Rose, I envision fluffy pink cotton candy clouds, Turkish Delights, and mountains of marshmallows set on a table adorned with bouquets of pink roses.
For me, it's a journey through a rosy land of plenty!
