Promising, but still disappointed.
It opened so great with just pure creamy coconut. sadly It fades quite fast, like I'm talking minutes to the point where its barely perceivable. Becomes dominant in Sandalwood and Ginger later on. It reminds me of a smell that I can't put my nose on but sadly the said smell is not that pleasant to my nose.
Coffee Candy.
Fresh, Soapy, dominant in Vetiver and Bergamot with a splash of coffee in the opening. The coffee note I'm smelling is not the scent you get from brewing a cup of coffee but it's rather a coffee candy. It eventually dries down to where the coffee candy is dominant but you can still tell it apart from the vetiver and bergamot in the background.
Truthfully it's not as bad as people say. I can also imagine this scent being worn by women, I don't really understand the gender classification on this one.

Laundry Detergent
The opening begins very sweet, mostly floral but you can also smell the vanilla a teeny bit. My first thought was floral laundry detergent, although smelling clean it's also very synthetic. It really is just laundry detergent, not your laundry after washing it but you can really smell the chemicals.
The jasmine fades very slowly letting both the lapsang and the vanilla get through a bit more, but yet the floral jasmine is dominant.
Now that's all there is to it, no development, no drydown. Quite disappointing as this line had some great fragrances in the past, I just wish they did a little more.

Getting used to it.
I really hated this fragrance, and still to this day I'm unsure whether I like it or not.
It is dominant in vanilla, pepper, musk and a very faint hint of bergamot in the background.
I think without the citrusy green notes, this could be a signature worthy scent for me. But it really just disappoints me.

My cup of tea.
Imagine: cardamom and fig. That's Gris Charnel, not your regular perfume. It's like a cool breeze carrying hints of black tea, spiced up with some vetiver and a hint of black tea. A touch of powdery magic (iris, they call it) weaves its way in, making it both bold and mysterious. Gris Charnel leaves a subtle whisper that lingers, turning heads whether you're in a fancy gown or your favorite jeans. It might not be everyone's cup of tea (pun intended!), but if you're looking for something unique, an experience that reflects you, take a chance on Gris Charnel. Let it be your guide on a journey of self-discovery, one spritz at a time.
