Armani and Kenzo mixed into a confusing non-summer mess.
Smells like 3/4 Armani Stronger With You Absolutely and 1/4 Kenzo Homme EdT Intense for the first hour, then for the remainder of it, the ratio is reversed and it smells mostly like Kenzo with a dash of Armani.
Very strong, cloying and generic. Lasts literally three days, and is impossible to scrub off. I sprayed my hand and wrist for a total of three sprays, and even after several attempts to scrub it off and shower it off - six attempts in total - at first on fervent command from my partner who couldn't stand the scent, and then from my own accord becoming sick of the smell and wanting to get rid of it - it still is a faint skin scent on day three. This is jet fuel performance, and I wish I had never sprayed it. It fills the entire room and you need to open the windows to air it out. To call this a summer fragrance is in my opinion wrong. It has nothing to do with summer. It is heavy, dusty, boozy, cloying, way over-powered, radiant and room filling. Not what a summer fragrance should be.
There are way better (summer) fragrances out there, and even as a fall or winter fragrance this just fails. It's too generic to be bothered with. It is too heavy for summer, but too tropical (fig) to be a winter or fall fragrance. I think this was a misstep from Jean Paul, and seems like a rush job to get a summer flanker for 2024 out and also get on board with the ongoing green / herbal trend.
To sum up; It is generic, forgettable and regretable.
