I became aware of xerjoff's Fars when Herbert Stricker said it was the only suit fragrance in the Oud Stars range. As a result, I had to buy Fars in the hope that it would be an elegant fragrance. And indeed it is. I always prefer either real stinkers or very fine, elegant fragrances. And in my opinion it smells super pleasantly fine and elegant with the lavender note This fragrance doesn't have much to do with oud, it's more in the direction of floral spicy. A little more woody towards the end. The sprayer is a disaster sometimes it works sometimes it just spits around. From spring to winter this fragrance always works.

The name already tells you everything you need to know about the fragrance. Orange Flamingo smells like freshly washed laundry with orange. The performance is terrific for such a fresh fragrance. I got a lot of compliments on this fragrance, but I sold it on because it doesn't really appeal to me and I generally don't like fresh fragrances and I don't like orange. That's just my opinion of course, but I wouldn't combine this fragrance with a suit or use it for special occasions such as weddings, engagements, etc. I see this fragrance more as a casual fragrance with a t-shirt and jeans. You can smell the orange in combination with fabric softener throughout. That was the reason why this fragrance had to move on. But don't be put off by my negative opinion, because this apparently popular fragrance is very well received by the people around you

Since I have this perfume, all other fragrances such as a Tony Iommy or a Baccarat Rouge seem a bit weak to me. The air Tiger doesn't have a real scent gradient. it smells very linear. But it is very masculine, which I particularly like. 3 sprays are enough for the whole day and you will definitely be noticed. If a perfume should get 10 points for sillage this is definitely the air tiger. There is not much to say about the fragrance itself, it is very woody and spicy and if you like strong gentleman fragrances, you can't go wrong with this fragrance that costs about 200 euros. That's why I can't quite understand the bad rating of 7.0. It is definitely not a fragrance for indoors because the leathery smoky and woody-spicy notes are definitely not made for it.

i am writing a review of my first Xerjoff. I'm happy to say it was accento. it's a very pleasing scent in my opinion yet it has something special luxurious about it. i love to wear it in summer and spring, although you could wear it any time of the year except maybe winter. Definitely unisex. beautiful fruity and floral notes. sweet but by no means too sweet and it has a powdery quality. Sillage and longevity can be given an 8.

I smelled Portrait of a lady today and it is clearly a men's fragrance. I don't understand why many people say that it is a women's fragrance, because it is very masculine and the people around me confirmed this. it is a very nice elegant fragrance with ner super sillage and durability. perfect for people who like to wear shirts and suits. in winter and fall definitely a must. i regret not having smelled Portrait of a lady earlier.
