A real creep
I'll start this comment with a little digression: I'm not a fan of rips and I don't like to test scents where I know that I'm unlikely to like them. I avoid scents that don't fit into my prey scheme, because I'm always looking for scents that I could possibly buy. But there are also scents like this one that make me incredibly curious. Fragrances that polarize. From which you want to get an idea of yourself.
This scent is very well known throughout the fragrance world and is considered the most disgusting scent in the world. It was fun to read all the comments here. Also on Youtube it hails criticism and mockery. With the scent descriptions it was really hard to imagine a scent. I was really curious and wanted to make my own picture. Even though the respect was great to test such a fragrance, curiosity won out. What many people say about this scent: It smells like a crime with a deadly end.

Order a small bottling. The brand is actually quite cool. Funny names in beautiful flacons with actually good serious concept.
One might think that this disgust was intended, but it is stated above that this was expressly denied. So it was not the intention to release such an odoriferous accident One thing has been achieved: It polarizes so much that many people know it, not only niche lovers. It's also a way to achieve fame

Now to the test, for which I had a lot of respect: It starts extremely metallic. And it has a disgusting milky note. I actually like milk, but here it smells so discordant. Like warmed up and slightly rancid. And there's a totally disgusting metallic blood note. There's supposed to be adrenaline in it, but I have no idea what it smells like. It would go well with that disgusting blood smell. It's supposed to have saliva and semen in it, too. Saliva goes there, smells a bit like "cardboard mouth" with bad breath. Also a bit like a wet dog. In any case, something like that doesn't belong in perfume. I find the blood note alone tasteless. In the further course the smell becomes more bearable, but remains on a disgusting level.
I imagined it to be more disgusting, but still: Here you feel a little nauseous and the saliva production increases. This fragrance is not recommended for weak noses. This smell is an accident. It's not suitable for me as perfume. How one can bring something like that on the market as a serious brand remains a mystery to me. Even if some people rate the fragrance highly, for me abstract art is breadless and useless art. For me, perfume is about smelling good and nothing else.
Uses could be..: As a matching Halloween scent for a zombie costume, for seizing a train compartment or if you're mean to secretly spray people with this scent. There are no limits to the imagination.

If this fragrance had come on the market as a joke article, I would have given 10, but it's 0, because it's not a perfume for me and thus passed by topic. Set 6!

Typical Marly
My test through the range of Parfums de Marly continues. I liked the first four Herod,Pegasus,Oajan and Layton very much and now I felt like testing even more. Order a small 3ml bottle of this fragrance "Carlisle". A fragrance with a nice pyramid, which could fit into my prey scheme. Also with fragrance twin Tom Ford Noir Extreme, which I already own and like.

The flacon is as good as usual, simple, convincing, here in matt black. The small English town of Carlisle was chosen as the name. It was probably originally intended mainly for the British.
It is classified here as a woody and spicy fragrance. For me he has rated much higher gourmand shares than here. At the start it reminds me strongly of the indicated twin TF Noir Extreme. Fruit-Muscat-Vanilla. While TF tends to drift more into the unisex almost feminine, I find it much more masculine and spicy. The nutmeg note is very good and very present at the start. Also a fruity note is well perceptible, which harmonizes well with the nutmeg. A strong vanilla-tonka mixture follows. Nothing new these days, but of course it always draws. Also here good, cuddly and deliciously implemented. What makes the fragrance stand out slightly from the others is the opoponax, but this acts rather in the background. Slightly smoky goes well with the creation with nutmeg-fruit-vanilla. Completed by Patchouli a round creation, which should go down well with most people.

Performance is gourmand-like. Sillage is decent and the shelf life is about 8 hours. Suitable like almost all gourmands for use on cool days in autumn, winter or spring.
Even if the fragrance has its own touch, I will not buy it. For me a typical Marly, who goes very much in the direction of Herod. I find this one a bit better. Especially as it is also cheaper with 200 Euro. Carlisle you get for juicy and overdone 280 Euro. I also find the TF Noir Extreme better and much cheaper. Nevertheless I have to admit: Carlisle has style and is not unconditionally thrown out money, if one wants to and can spend more.

Egoist with a strong oldschool touch
This classic has been in my collection for about 2-3 years now. Published in 1990 created by two legends. Demachy, who does a lot for Dior today and of course Polge. Two perfumers you should know. I appreciate their work very much and it stands for class and elegance.

I bought this one, partly because of the great name. A fancy name, which together with the fragrance concept and the high ratings convinced me. Many rave about it. And rightly so. A special fragrance that is unique and shines with a lot of individuality.
The bottle is simple, noble, pretty...typical Chanel. What I find suitable for the fragrance is the name. This fragrance is very self-confident and could be suitable for selfish people. How to interpret the name here is up to you
Egoiste is above all a woody and spicy fragrance. From the fragrance also a typical 80/90s scent with this strong oldschool flair, but without being too old-fashioned. Fits well into the present time, although it is more suitable for more mature men with life experience.
He starts from the beginning very masculine and this with a really outstanding Sillage. A very strong spice is very present. Clove and cinnamon are in the foreground. The clove note runs through the whole course. Those who do not like the note will rather not like this fragrance. In addition, there are nice pleasant woody notes that harmonize well with the spice. The first hours a real powerhouse, with strong sillage and already quite penetrating and loud. Towards the end, the base becomes a bit softer and quieter, but that takes time.
A fragrance that you should test extensively before buying. Will not appeal to everyone, especially the younger audience. A fragrance that polarizes and is rather less suitable for everyday use. For my part, I have never worn this fragrance in public, but for myself I like to wear it sometimes. I find it hard to find an occasion for this scent. Thanks to the bomb performance for me a great outdoor scent for cooler days.

A fragrance that one should dose carefully, as it will certainly trigger migraine attacks in many people. On bad days I cannot smell it at all. Sometimes again a great enrichment for my collection, because it is very individual. Classic status deserved.

Good DNA - moderately converted
Invictus - a typical bestseller. Actually there is no need to describe the fragrance, because everybody knows it anyway. Some years ago it was on my wish list. Since a long time it has disappeared from there and Invictus Aqua (2016) has been on my wish list for quite some time. I think it's not bad, but I like to get away from too well-known bestsellers, because I don't want to smell like every other one.

Invictus, a very famous bestseller that most people should know or at least have smelled somewhere in larger crowds. High up in many bestseller lists. Not surprisingly, this one doesn't come off well here due to a lot of cute synthetics. I like it, especially this great DNA. There are a lot of great alternatives that do a better job, but I don't think disen is bad.
The bottle is trashy, modern and youthful. Matching the fragrance. It is clear that neither bottle nor fragrance belongs in a niche collection. Here, the aim is to appeal more to the mainstream. Such a trophy with the name invincible catches the eye and remains in memory.
From the target group, this fragrance is more likely to appeal to men's U25, as the fragrance has a lot of synthetics. Synthetics are nothing bad for me if the concept fits. Here the fragrance was implemented well for rather young men and boys. In addition, the fragrance has a really good performance with almost penetrating silage and many hours of durability. This makes it extremely unsuitable for everyday use, but makes it extremely suitable for clubs. A few sprayers are also sufficient here
The fragrance is quite simple and not too much to ask for. A lot of sweet synthetics, which is well received by many. In the foreground is this permanent grapefruit note. In addition there are sweet and slightly spicy notes that go well with grapefruit. For me a successful creation, but one that I could not wear every day. I don't want to anymore, because I like others much better, also in this direction.

I find the DNA successful, but especially in Invictus Aqua (2016) it is much better and more mature. More tart and much less synthetic. Other good alternatives with similar flair are Mont Blanc Legend Spirit, Rasasi Hawas or Kelsey Berwin - Zeus. There are many that go in this direction.

For people who are not very interested in scent a decent scent. Especially for teenagers and young men. Even if he doesn't get off well here, for Paco Rabanne it's a real cash cow. I like him, just like his female counterpart "Olympea".

Unjustly adjusted - Fruity and delicious
I have known this Joop for some years, now I use my free time to dedicate a comment to this beautiful fragrance. I have emptied a 30ml bottle before and currently I have an almost full one in my collection. Almost full, luckily, because it has been discontinued. Wrongly in my opinion. The Joop brand has many good scents that are available at reasonable prices. Besides the alltime classic Joop Homme I like the fruity scents Go, Jump and also Thrill very much. Modern, young, dynamic and above all uncomplicated.

The bottle is rather simple, but in a beautiful red. The only size I ever saw was 30ml. I searched all over the place but never found a bigger size. A pity, even if small sizes have many advantages
One thing first: I find the evaluation of the performance here funny. Some H/S are rated higher here, and often underrated in the designer area. This thrill really radiates very strongly to me and the durability is also in the double-digit range.
Bought a few years ago for the first time and often worn: the fragrance simply has that certain something for me. Especially on colder days it was a great companion. Especially among the fruity scents of one of my favorites. This one has a great fruity note, which smells like a mixture of apple and cherry. To the dominating fruity note come warm notes like amber and vanilla, which give this fragrance a good heaviness. Not too heavy, but not too heavy. Add to this gentle woods. Great combination of sweet, fruity and woody notes. Never too much, whereby the performance is outstanding

Unfortunately wrongly adjusted. Joop's is one of my favorites. Especially as a transitional fragrance a nice alternative with lots of individuality
