This classic has been in my collection for about 2-3 years now. Published in 1990 created by two legends. Demachy, who does a lot for Dior today and of course Polge. Two perfumers you should know. I appreciate their work very much and it stands for class and elegance.

I bought this one, partly because of the great name. A fancy name, which together with the fragrance concept and the high ratings convinced me. Many rave about it. And rightly so. A special fragrance that is unique and shines with a lot of individuality.
The bottle is simple, noble, pretty...typical Chanel. What I find suitable for the fragrance is the name. This fragrance is very self-confident and could be suitable for selfish people. How to interpret the name here is up to you
Egoiste is above all a woody and spicy fragrance. From the fragrance also a typical 80/90s scent with this strong oldschool flair, but without being too old-fashioned. Fits well into the present time, although it is more suitable for more mature men with life experience.
He starts from the beginning very masculine and this with a really outstanding Sillage. A very strong spice is very present. Clove and cinnamon are in the foreground. The clove note runs through the whole course. Those who do not like the note will rather not like this fragrance. In addition, there are nice pleasant woody notes that harmonize well with the spice. The first hours a real powerhouse, with strong sillage and already quite penetrating and loud. Towards the end, the base becomes a bit softer and quieter, but that takes time.
A fragrance that you should test extensively before buying. Will not appeal to everyone, especially the younger audience. A fragrance that polarizes and is rather less suitable for everyday use. For my part, I have never worn this fragrance in public, but for myself I like to wear it sometimes. I find it hard to find an occasion for this scent. Thanks to the bomb performance for me a great outdoor scent for cooler days.

A fragrance that one should dose carefully, as it will certainly trigger migraine attacks in many people. On bad days I cannot smell it at all. Sometimes again a great enrichment for my collection, because it is very individual. Classic status deserved.

Invictus - a typical bestseller. Actually there is no need to describe the fragrance, because everybody knows it anyway. Some years ago it was on my wish list. Since a long time it has disappeared from there and Invictus Aqua (2016) has been on my wish list for quite some time. I think it's not bad, but I like to get away from too well-known bestsellers, because I don't want to smell like every other one.

Invictus, a very famous bestseller that most people should know or at least have smelled somewhere in larger crowds. High up in many bestseller lists. Not surprisingly, this one doesn't come off well here due to a lot of cute synthetics. I like it, especially this great DNA. There are a lot of great alternatives that do a better job, but I don't think disen is bad.
The bottle is trashy, modern and youthful. Matching the fragrance. It is clear that neither bottle nor fragrance belongs in a niche collection. Here, the aim is to appeal more to the mainstream. Such a trophy with the name invincible catches the eye and remains in memory.
From the target group, this fragrance is more likely to appeal to men's U25, as the fragrance has a lot of synthetics. Synthetics are nothing bad for me if the concept fits. Here the fragrance was implemented well for rather young men and boys. In addition, the fragrance has a really good performance with almost penetrating silage and many hours of durability. This makes it extremely unsuitable for everyday use, but makes it extremely suitable for clubs. A few sprayers are also sufficient here
The fragrance is quite simple and not too much to ask for. A lot of sweet synthetics, which is well received by many. In the foreground is this permanent grapefruit note. In addition there are sweet and slightly spicy notes that go well with grapefruit. For me a successful creation, but one that I could not wear every day. I don't want to anymore, because I like others much better, also in this direction.

I find the DNA successful, but especially in Invictus Aqua (2016) it is much better and more mature. More tart and much less synthetic. Other good alternatives with similar flair are Mont Blanc Legend Spirit, Rasasi Hawas or Kelsey Berwin - Zeus. There are many that go in this direction.

For people who are not very interested in scent a decent scent. Especially for teenagers and young men. Even if he doesn't get off well here, for Paco Rabanne it's a real cash cow. I like him, just like his female counterpart "Olympea".

I have known this Joop for some years, now I use my free time to dedicate a comment to this beautiful fragrance. I have emptied a 30ml bottle before and currently I have an almost full one in my collection. Almost full, luckily, because it has been discontinued. Wrongly in my opinion. The Joop brand has many good scents that are available at reasonable prices. Besides the alltime classic Joop Homme I like the fruity scents Go, Jump and also Thrill very much. Modern, young, dynamic and above all uncomplicated.

The bottle is rather simple, but in a beautiful red. The only size I ever saw was 30ml. I searched all over the place but never found a bigger size. A pity, even if small sizes have many advantages
One thing first: I find the evaluation of the performance here funny. Some H/S are rated higher here, and often underrated in the designer area. This thrill really radiates very strongly to me and the durability is also in the double-digit range.
Bought a few years ago for the first time and often worn: the fragrance simply has that certain something for me. Especially on colder days it was a great companion. Especially among the fruity scents of one of my favorites. This one has a great fruity note, which smells like a mixture of apple and cherry. To the dominating fruity note come warm notes like amber and vanilla, which give this fragrance a good heaviness. Not too heavy, but not too heavy. Add to this gentle woods. Great combination of sweet, fruity and woody notes. Never too much, whereby the performance is outstanding

Unfortunately wrongly adjusted. Joop's is one of my favorites. Especially as a transitional fragrance a nice alternative with lots of individuality

I tested this one a long time ago. Now I have ordered this one a short time ago. This is a fragrance twin to Creed's Millesime Imperial. My second twin after Ed Hardy's Love & Luck. And I can say: Both come very close and cost only about 1/5 of the Creed. I also like the MI of Creed quite well, but I wouldn't pay the price, especially since the performance is not convincing at all. But as with many Creed scents there are really very cheap alternatives, like this one.

Sean John is the fashion line of Sean Combs aka. Puff Daddy or also P.Diddy. Pretty much everyone should know him by that name. This is not a typical "celebrity scent", because the prices are cheap but clearly above drugstore level. You can also smell that in the fragrance. In my opinion, it is of a very high quality, especially for this price. I bought 75ml for almost 75ml. Fair.
The bottle has been "modernized". Too bad, the bottle indicated here looks nicer than the one I own. The new one fits well in the hand and still doesn't look bad. Since I'm interested in the fragrance anyway, it's not really important. Whether the fragrance has been reformulated. Probably, as can be read here. I can't confirm that, since I don't know him for so long

The first 5 minutes I find the smell slightly unpleasant. Smells like an ordinary toilet freshener. Luckily this disappears quickly. It's hard to break the fragrance down into individual scents here, as the big pyramid confirms. It has many citrus notes, which are wonderfully fresh. In addition, there are fruity notes, especially tangerine. Slightly sweet notes are also perceptible, which can be credited to the Tonka bean. Nevertheless, the fragrance is fresh through and through, and in a very modern way. Towards the end it ends softly woody. A light and sensual sweetness is very pleasant next to the wood.
I don't feel the performance is as bad as I thought. A detailed test showed a durability and about 6-7 hours with good sillage in the beginning and later rather well perceptible.

Beside this one I can also recommend the Ed Hardy, especially since the two are very similar. Also goes in the direction of Creed MI. But it is much softer and more gentle, which I prefer. A nice scent for spring and summer. Not too complicated, which recommends it especially for everyday use.

My 200th comment I dedicate to the fragrance of the brand Parfums de Marly, which I like so far best of this great brand. After I ordered the 4.fragrances as samples, which are so about my taste I must highlight this quite clearly. I will eventually order me a few samples of other this brand, however, I think less that I like the better than this.

The Pegasus and Layton fragrances are also very popular with designer fans. I feel the brand as a whole is high quality, but they could also be sold as designer fragrances under other names. What I have to say positive about this brand is the performance and the sensual aura. Simply great.

Now to Pegasus: this one was on my test list for ages, because it has a really good reputation. Likewise the fragrance pyramid meets my taste, especially for the evening and cold / cool days.
The bottle is noble as all. I know only from pictures, but matching the price and the noble fragrance an elegant typical PdM flacon. Here in great silver.
Excited at the first sprayer. He convinces me from the first second. He seemed familiar to me from the beginning. He einnert me slightly to my beloved Code Profumo by Armani. However, less brutal, softer, more sensual. It definitely starts a bit lighter, which could be due to the bergamot. A nice gentle sweetness accompanies this. Almond and vanilla can be smelled almost completely in the course of the fragrance. In a classy and elegant way. A slight rubber note a la Bvlgari Black also comes to mind, which I totally like. Lavender also comes out well here, which harmonizes with the sweet and spicy notes here. the almonds become stronger as it progresses and harmonize especially with the base of vanilla, amber and soft woods. Even though it has slight gourmand hints, it's not too gourmand. A sweet and spicy fragrance that convinces me all along the line. As I said, it reminds me of Code Profumo, only softer, which makes it a nice evening and date fragrance in particular. Even though it is very sweet and also has feminine hints, I find this one rather masculine. Ladies with preference to this pyramid can of course also test the.
The performance is really good here. Of the tested Marly fragrances the best so far. Sillage and durability are very very good, almost as good as my beloved Code Profumo.

On the whole, a fragrance that I can recommend. To the coming autumn / winter I will possibly secure me a bottle, because you get 75ml already around the 100 euros. Whether the actual price of 125ml/200 euros is justified, I leave here times open. Nevertheless, a successful fragrance that will convince many. Not only niche lovers.
