A bit of info, a bit of tobacco
I came across Zielinski and Rozen via some reels or Google pages, I can't remember exactly how I had looked at products from another brand and then ended up on the Zielenski and Rozen site with interest....
Zielenski and Rozen is a perfume atelier that was founded in 1905 in the old city of Jaffa.
The perfumer-alchemist today is mainly Erez Zielinski Rozen.
The brand has candles, body care products and perfumes. There are stores e.g. in Amsterdam, Vienna, Athens, Barcelona.... but unfortunately not in Germany.
I had a look at the homepage, fragrances, and noticed that there are 10ml bottles of each fragrance. I personally think that's great for testing and trying out. There are 10 ml and 50 ml bottles, unfortunately I didn't find a discovery set, as I found several fragrances interesting, it would probably have been a set..... anyway, my curiosity was aroused and I wanted to order a fragrance... but which one? There were two fragrances for me to choose from. I then decided on Tobacco, Vetiver, Amber.
The package arrived and I have not regretted it!
Lovingly, stylishly and securely packaged, it's a pleasure to open the package. Unfortunately, there was no sample of the other fragrances included.
So, now to the fragrance itself!
The top note features a soft, not scratchy, rather elegant tobacco. The tobacco transitions harmoniously into a spicy, warm amber, vetiver that brings a balsamic depth to the fragrance and I would say the sillage is good to moderate. I don't have any long-term experience yet and due to the current high temperatures I will have to wear it more often, because for me it is more of a fall fragrance. However, the fragrance is not overpowering and still had a nice depth and style. It has a slight sweetness but is totally unisex. I really like it and I'm delighted that it's now in my collection. I will love it in the fall and on cooler days. I will definitely be testing other fragrances from the brand and maybe a large bottle will be arriving soon.
Perhaps I have aroused interest with this review, which this time tells no story, is not poetic, and is far from funny, not rhyming, but hopefully still quite informative for one or the other.

Linden blossom avenue
we have 760 kilometers behind us. Almost 10 hours of driving from south-west to north-east. Okay, maybe we could have done the whole thing quicker if it wasn't for me and the dog having to stretch our legs and lift our feet in between.
We were warmly welcomed and quickly removed our suitcases from the car and put them in our little tiny house. A quick "keep me alive" coffee and then a walk around the block to see where we had ended up.
The village is not big, has no more than 50 houses and is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. It's quite out of the way and has a lovely swimming lake. It's a warm Saturday evening and it's good to get our legs moving again. The three of us walk along an avenue. The dog sneezes and sneezes. I stop and lift my nose into the air too. A warm, balmy scent envelops me. Heavenly. Unique. It surrounds me like a golden veil in a warm summer breeze. The numerous lime trees on the avenue are in full bloom and the avenue becomes an olfactory masterpiece.
It's incredible what nature can produce. This honeyed accord of ripe, sweet blossoms interspersed with a hint of fresh, green leaves envelops me like a tender embrace. How peaceful the soft rustling of the lush leaves and the gentle buzzing of the bees. I catch a whiff of vanilla and hay. Beguiling peacefulness. Forget all the efforts of the day, forget the loud, hectic noises of everyday life. Immersed, intoxicated, blissfully caught up in the scent of this avenue. The world stands still for a brief moment.
The dog makes a poo. I am back in the here and now. Still fascinated, I clear away the legacy of my furry friend. Back at the vacation cottage, I immediately order from Harry Lehmann in WLAN mode.
How should I describe the scent... I already have it.
Harry Lehmann Linden Blossom is the most authentic linden blossom fragrance that I personally know.

I don't have a signature scent, but.
I find it hard to commit myself and sometimes I spontaneously decide what perfume to wear for the day depending on the weather or what clothes I'm wearing or what mood I'm in. I would never think of buying a signature fragrance because that would completely contradict me and my nature. now I've said it out loud. So please keep that between us and don't tell anyone, because I'm not dusty and old. I'm young at heart and up for any kind of nonsense and I wouldn't wear old-fashioned perfume at all.
But honestly, I love Jicky. It's just incredible and if there's one perfume that suits me, it's probably Jicky. So if I had a signature fragrance, it would definitely be this one. The fragrance is hard to describe and it surprises you because it is different than you thought. Jicky is citrusy, spicy and tangy, floral, has a soft, warm base, but is not staid and boring and not at all dusty. Jicky adapts but still stands out from the crowd.
Jicky is not mainstream but has an unmistakable character.
Curious now? You have to find out for yourself exactly what Jicky smells like and whether it suits you. I wish you lots of fun and hope that this fragrance will be around for many decades to come.

Gold does'nt beg to be treasured -

As life would have it, I received a sample of Gold Fair in Mayfair as a bonus with a perfume order.
So I read through the notes on Parfumo and wasn't entirely impressed ... a fragrance with absinthe.
For the life of me, I couldn't imagine that I would like it. What I did like, however, was the bottle and I was intrigued.
Gold is often associated with purity, spiritual enlightenment and prosperity. Gold is a symbol of immortality, eternity and many other spiritual values.
The color gold is compared to the brilliance of the sun. Gold is a color of happiness. And I actually had a real feeling of happiness when I smelled this fragrance for the first time. It has stayed that way to this day and this fragrance is now one of my favorites.
When I sprayed the fragrance for the first time, the first thing I noticed was a spicy note of nutmeg and absinthe. Although this absinthe totally put me off at first, it offers a noble note and opens the fragrance with a touch of luxury. Iris soon joins in, giving the fragrance a powdery, elegant and sophisticated feel. It is slightly sweet and has a sophisticated effect. Vetiver and musk are then added in the base, giving the fragrance a soft, warm radiance.
Gold Fair in Mayfair lasts a long time and envelops me in a luxurious trail of fragrance. Perhaps Gold Fair in Mayfair by Atkinson is not a fragrance for every day, but definitely for very special days. For me, this fragrance has all the qualities that are also associated with gold. It is spiritual, luxurious, a touch decadent, sophisticated, yet never heavy, but rather playful, warm and calming. An absolute feel-good dream with that certain something.
After spraying the fragrance sample for the first time, I IMMEDIATELY ordered a large bottle.
My love for this fragrance has not waned to this day, even though I save it for special days. For me, it's the red carpet that I roll out for myself on special days or days that are meant to be....
