We don't really like it....
Ordered from Zara the other day. Special Edition 150ml bottle for around €20. Batch "276753".
The bottle looks good, but that's about it.
Unpacked and tested at the table with the family... Our collective conclusion: You can't really subject anyone to this.
The opening is fresh for 1 minute, artificially citrusy. After that, a scent emerges that smells exactly like musty mothballs mixed with a truly disgusting artificial sweetness.
So not the "artificial" that perfume consumers seem to enjoy these days, but somehow abominably bad. From all directions, people exclaimed "Yuck" or "Not at all." Longevity on the wrist and back of the hand is about 5 hours detectable.
The base is only bearable when it can barely be perceived on the skin after a good 4 hours of intense sniffing.
This is probably the worst perfume I have ever smelled... Even my "unloved" G-Man from Gainsborough is worlds better. Really worlds...
Either we got a defective batch, or the formula was changed for the 150ml Special Edition, since nearly 8/10 is the rating here, or we just don't know. The Y-Collection we ordered alongside might get a 5/10 from us, but not an 8.4/10. More on that on its page.
What we know is: We are disappointed and are trying to return this thing quickly.

Very good base, but very weak and different from the EdP
First of all: Batch number "10B74CD1" and when comparing with the big EdP brother "10B92CD1" (brand new after supply issues)
I have had it for a few days and compared to the EdP, it is somehow a bit different in scent.
The same bottle as the big brother EdP, intense spray output when fully pressing the atomizer head.
The EdP is already relatively weak in longevity and sillage, but the aftershave is even worse. After 2-3 hours, nothing was noticeable anymore. Top and heart notes are similar, but the aftershave completely lacks the incense note.
The base comes through here after about 30 minutes, is only noticeable up close, and smells completely different from my Potion EdP. It smells like vanilla crescents and cinnamon, completely festive. Very, very delicious, and not just the lady will like it.
I will gift it for Christmas, as I unfortunately have no need for it myself. I just wish the EdP had the same or a similar base note of vanilla crescents and cinnamon.

Tried briefly... Rather Meh... And Made in China
Today I picked up the fragrance at KiK for €2.99. Unbelievable. They also had 2 or 3 other scents that I really liked (more on that in the coming days/weeks). According to the packaging, "Made in China," at least filled, assembled, and packaged there. Created in France in the region around "Grasse."
The scent of this particular example is really very similar to JPG Le Male, Lamis Catsuit, or Miro Cabal. The fragrance is quite synthetic, especially in the top note, like with Lamis Catsuit, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing, and in this case, it isn't. I like the scent overall.
It is somehow "softer" and "rounder" than with Catsuit or Miro Cabal and without that musty heart note like in the current Miro Cabal bottle.
The sillage is okay for the first 30 minutes. However, directly compared to Miro Cabal, the longevity is really miserable. After just 2 hours, nothing was perceivable on my skin, while Cabal's base note on the other hand/wrist, at the same dosage, is still clearly noticeable now - about 3 hours later as I write these lines.
I will test it a bit more intensively in the coming days and adjust the text and rating if necessary.
All in all so far: You get what you pay for. :-)
