In the mood for oud
I know quite a few oud fragrances, but I find this one very balanced in comparison. Oud fragrances often come across as very heavy, but here you have a beautiful interplay of slightly sweet, masculine woody spice. Wearable from winter to spring, although some hard-boiled people can certainly rock it in summer too. It's suitable for a moderate wear and provides a good introduction to Arabian fragrances and the world of oud.
It starts off spicy and sweet and as soon as the fragrance unfolds, the oud comes to the fore. In the drydown, the oud becomes somewhat softer, but still remains present. Amber rounds off the whole thing with a creaminess.
The packaging looks luxurious with a black and gold design. The bottle itself is heavy, angular and looks extremely high-quality. I wonder how Lattafa always manages to produce such quality, especially considering the price.
In terms of longevity, it is above average. I rate the durability of my fragrances as follows: 1 hour = 1 durability.
Conclusion: The ticket to the Arabian fragrance world for little money

The cucumber water
Ajmal Vision is a fascinating fragrance that I have never smelled before in this form.
It opens with a tangy combination of citrus accompanied by tart green notes. The exciting thing here, however, is the strong cucumber associations that come to mind. That flashed me at first and I didn't know how to categorize it. The more often I wear it, the more beautiful I find it and I can now really get into it.
In the heart note, floral notes unfold, which are complemented by a gentle, light soapiness.
The base notes consist of a warm blend of wood, musk and amber, which I feel only resonate slightly in the background.
H|S are good average. But I don't expect anything else from a green fresh fragrance for the price. With oversprays, up to 7 hours is enough. I rate the durability of my fragrances as follows: 1durability=1hour.
Conclusion: It is a choice for anyone looking for a fresh, summery, dynamic, green fragrance of a different kind. I find it unique and have nothing comparable in my collection.

Quite ok but...
I have had this fragrance in my collection for a very long time. I let it mature for about half a year to see if anything else changes in the fragrance.
So let's start with the review. When I heard back then that it was based on "Le Vestiaire - Babycat | Yves Saint Laurent", I had to buy it. The price is comparatively hard to beat and I have heard from several sources that it comes close to its role model.
First to the positives. I would classify it as a heavy, multi-layered fragrance. Spicy saffron and heavy vanilla dominate. A certain smokiness is also clearly perceptible. I think I can also detect light tobacco notes, but these are not listed in the pyramid. I don't necessarily smell leather. The H|S are very good and with 8h and 1/2 meter projection it is potent. P|L is also very good and the bottle and sprayer are very high quality. I would rather wear it on cooler days and it is definitely unisex.
Now to the negative, where I can really only find fault with one thing. Over all the beautiful fragrance notes, there is an intrusive, rather unpleasant smell that is somewhat reminiscent of plastic. I think I have also found out what it is. It must be the elemi resin, which unfortunately doesn't change the fragrance image to my advantage. That's why I deducted 1.5 stars, otherwise it would be an 8 for me. I did a little research and apparently I'm not the only one who perceives it this way. Apparently people have different perceptions of this.
Conclusion: Don't let my negative point put you off. Try it out for yourself, as it is consistently well received. My wife, for example, really likes it too.

It's so green
Really beautiful. A breeze of vetiver and a nice citrus note.
I don't really feel the connection to
Terre d'Hermès Parfum. If you go in with that expectation, you'll probably be disappointed. At most the vetiver, but many green perfumes have that. The first association I had, however, was that it reminded me strongly of my beloved
Wakening Woods of Scandinavia. In my review of it, I wrote how awesome it would be if there was an EDP of it. Well, I found it in
Fattan pour Homme.
H|S is a nice average with half an arm's length and around 7 hours of performance.
Conclusion: Really cool piece, unfortunately only 50ml. Definitely something for lovers of green fragrances

One 4 all
Here we have the classic entry-level fragrance in the perfume world. Everyone knows it and has smelled it before. Nothing too much or too little, always staying in the middle was probably the motto. Not too fruity, not too spicy, not too sweet, not too tart, not too intrusive, not too loud,... and the list could go on like this for a while. In any case, there is something from all the mainstream fragrance directions. Fruity, spicy, woody, floral, vanilla and citrusy.
A good average fragrance that simply always fits and should reach as many people as possible. Accordingly, the shelf life is also average at around 6 hours.
Conclusion: The starter drug for every young perfumo
