Wood & Spices - the name says it all!
Now a few words about Wood & Spices from Montale.

Fragrance: Spicy, woody, sweet, fresh, slightly balsamic and therefore slightly oriental. Less loud than most other Montale fragrances. The oriental twist still makes the fragrance interesting for European noses without being offensive. In my opinion, a unisex masculine fragrance that resonates particularly well with women.

Person profile: 20-35 years young, male

Longevity: On my skin I achieve approx. 4-5h clear projection and the fragrance is perceptible on the skin for up to 12-13 hours, which is absolutely fine for the price of approx. 70-90 euros.

Sillage: Decent, but clearly below that of representatives such as Montale - Arabians Tonka.

Flacon: Like all Montale flacons, they look stylish, but do not feel valuable in the hand due to the lack of weight. Due to the material used (aluminum), it is also not possible to easily see how much has been used (the remaining amount of perfume must be recorded by weighing).

As with any Montale fragrance, a blind purchase is not advisable. However, the fragrance is less of a challenge compared to other Montale representatives. This can be explained by its easy wearability in almost all seasons (except for a hot summer day) and in everyday life. This makes Wood & Spices an interesting all-rounder from Montale for me.

I hope I was able to make the purchase decision easier for someone here ;).

Have fun testing Wood & Spices!
