Girly girl raspberry cotton candy
Sugar Berry by Good Chemistry is an extremely sweet raspberry gourmand. Very reminiscent of cotton candy. I smell something warm and vanillic, but I’m not sure I’d call it vanilla. The freesia is very faint. Overall it’s pure, tooth-rotting, sugary goodness and not much else beyond that. I picture a teenager excitedly browsing the local mall with friends while eating candy until she feels sick. Youthful, girly, cute, and energetic. Some people may find it too sickly or immature. However, I would say it’s meant to be playful and unserious. The extreme sweetness is not headache inducing, but sugar lovers will still rejoice. It’s not quite my style, but I’d definitely recommend it to all the girly girls out there. Sugar Berry would work best for fun-filled summer days

Zingy fresh peppery citrus
Brainiac by Good Chemicals is all black pepper and zingy unsweet lime. I repeat, very peppery. if you’re like me and you’re so into pepper-forward scents, you probably won’t love it. At the same time, it’s a clean, fresh, and bright. The vanilla is there, but it’s nearly undetectable with how strong the other notes are. I agree that it smells smart! It doesn’t quite suit me as a bio major though. It’s too sharp and extroverted for my tastes. However, I can definitely picture a math or chemistry type with a zany streak wearing this. Totally a daytime summer fragrance and perfectly unisex. It works for business, but I’d describe it as a bit eccentric and energized, so sport fits too.

Gentle and uncomplicated nutty vanilla
Silver Moon by Pacifica is a cozy, soft, and inoffensive vanilla almond gourmand. Most Pacifica fragrances seem to have this buttery/creamy/waxy sort of base, and I see you, negative reviewers. Yes, it is very strong in Silver Moon and comes off as plasticky and soapy at first. I can see many people not getting past this, and that’s perfectly fine. Still, I suggest you allow it to dry down before judging. In fact, I was disappointed at first too. However, after a few minutes, it reveals itself to be a warm, creamy, mellow vanilla. Sweet and lightly nutty with very little spice present. Not a complicated fragrance. Gentle and calm. Perfect for leisurely winter days in soft sweaters. Would be acceptable for business too. Sadly it doesn’t last or project very well.

Sandalwood and sugar like a cozy night in the forest
Pacifica’s Dream Moon is warm and woody, performing well as a unisex fragrance. It’s not overly masculine if that worries you, but I do consider it one of the more masculine and musky-earthy products from Pacifica, as opposed to their typical fruity-floral fragrances. The creamy sandalwood shavings is the strongest note here, closely followed by the herbaceous twang of patchouli, and lastly, a sprinkling of airy soft rose petals. Now, take all of that and wrap it in a blanket of spun vanilla sugar. It smells of adventurous tight-knit young adults camping in a coniferous forest and telling stories while gathered around the fire. Freshly gathered herbs are thrown into the blaze as smoke billows into the eternal night sky where moths and nocturnal butterflies flutter about. There is no danger here, only love and beauty and wonder as well. I would consider this a fragrance best suited for fall nights. Good for leisure and formal settings alike.

Sweet, peachy tea enveloped in elegant jasmine
Pacifica’s Flower Moon is a sweet, delicate, fruity floral delight. Indeed, it smells just like a peach flavored iced tea adorned with fresh jasmine blooms. In fact, the jasmine is more prominent than the peach. The vanilla is very subtle— I’d say the unlisted green tea note is stronger. It’s a little soapy at first, but let the drydown inform your opinion. Flower Moon is feminine and youthful, and equal parts cute and elegant. It’s a soon-to-be princess wandering through a royal garden and resting in the sunroom, wearing a flowing white nightgown on a springtime morning. Perhaps she is in the French Rivera. Early summer is also well suited for the fragrance. I’m sure some of the cottagecore girlies will like this one too. Pretty in peach with bundles of white flowers woven into long braids, soft and endearing.
