DDD or The Demeter Dilemma!
It's actually not all that easy.

- Yes, this is about perfume!
- Yes, a perfume should fulfill a purpose in some way, ideally that of wearing it!
- Yes, Demeter fragrances are strictly speaking perfumes.

Even if they are all (sometimes crazy) eau de colognes, they should still fulfill a purpose.

I don't know if I'm a particular species, because I celebrate almost all of their fragrances in some way.

As stupid as many fragrances come across (glue, paint, dust, earthworm, crayons etc. etc.), most of them are authentic.

I won't deny that Demeter also got it thoroughly wrong a few times (Black Pepper is horrible, for example, Pizza is disgusting and was hit 0.0).

But what do I do if a fragrance simply wants to be a fragrance or evoke memories?
Do I rate the perfume as a perfume, or as what Demeter sees here as an interpretation of a fragrance?

In the case of Orange Cream Pop, it's actually quite easy, as I find this EDC to be congenial and very wearable.

1. It is an incredibly beautiful summer fragrance that is wonderfully orangey, vanilla-woody and fresh, regardless of its name.
2. The theme has been hit 100%.

If you're not an outright ice cream hater, almost everyone is likely to have stumbled across a well-known ice cream on a stick called "Cuja Mara Split".

Do you know what it tastes/smells like?
Then you know "Orange Cream Pop" from Demeter.

But the elephant in the room is about the following:
Do you want to smell like a popsicle or do you manage to separate this or, at best, even apply it with a wink?

I can only speak for myself. Yes I do!
Fragrances like this put me in a good mood straight away and I get it when I'm approached in a positive way.
"mmm, did you just eat ice cream, and where's mine?" etc.

I manage quite well to accept most fragrances as wearable.
Of course, sometimes more, sometimes less.

I would just like to say a few words about the fragrance itself.

And it's actually not that much.

Orange Cream Pop is a fresh, citrusy-orange fragrance with a beautiful vanilla base. The light woods are a great match and make the EDC what it wants to be.
It's all quite synthetic, of course, but not overpowering.
The durability is ok for an EDC but not earth-shattering.
Re-spraying is the order of the day, which is not a costly act given the price.

The best advice you can give about Demeter fragrances is: Test it!

If you tend to fancy something like this, you can start with a fragrance that suits your taste.
You can only be disappointed if you direct your expectations towards designer or even niche fragrances.

What you see is what you get!

Sorry for my excessive text.
What's the saying about relationships? It's complicated ;)

I have come to chew bubble gum and kick ass...
...and I'm all out of bubble gum!

Somehow this perfume made me think of this brilliant quote from John Carpenter's film "You Live".

The background?

The main character storms into a bank heavily armed to clear it of aliens (in human form).

The situation is similar with Seductive Homme by Guess.

The fragrance fits perfectly in a clean, well-groomed environment, such as an office or even a bank.
Nevertheless, there is a great twist at the end in the form of a rather authentic bubble gum note.
This pure, woody-sweet combination makes this perfume quite unique.

I love fragrances that are ambivalent, and this perfume fits in perfectly here.
On the one hand serious and professional, but then the end of the day approaches and the looseness sets in.

This is fun, there is no boredom.

Especially the woods listed in the base note accompany the fragrance permanently.
I would really only attest to the mandarin in the opening minutes, this number is not particularly citrusy here.
Personally, I think that's great, because otherwise the value would not come across so well.

Despite all the euphoria... You have to make concessions both in terms of the durability and the wear time. 5-6 hours is the maximum durability.
The sillage does not extend further than arm's length.

But if you get closer, compliments are in the air. Cheers!

For the price of just under 20 euros / 100ml, you really can't go wrong.

Almost anyone can wear it. From bank employee trainees to the CEO, everyone should get something out of it.

With its soft, almost white floral touch, even the ladies can try it on. Guess was probably a little too forward with the "Homme" stamp here

All in all, you get a varied clean fragrance with a playful twist that is not offensive.

I like it!!!

Bloody Pepper....
... my vocational school teacher Mr. Rausch used to shout when it got too loud in the classroom and he wanted/needed to make himself heard with this exclamation.

Perhaps it is these memories that shape a young person and stick in the back of their mind.

However, what the scent of this perfume "Pepe Bianco" reminds me of has not stuck with me.
Too bad, because I had/have a perfume in my collection that reminds me strongly of this.

So I can only give my impressions of "Pepe Bianco" without being able to make a comparison.

White pepper... so "Pepe Bianco" translated from Italian is a really finely spicy and unobtrusive fragrance that can score with appealing durability and sillage.

In addition, "Pepe Bianco" is not an inferior fragrance at all, which is surprising given the price. White pepper, musk, white flowers and light woods as well as a certain unnerving animalism clearly stand out here.

This makes it a pleasantly wearable office fragrance without any airs and graces or other attempts at ingratiation.
It wants to give its wearer and everyone around them a pleasant time and not annoy them.

You don't need to expect a long fragrance trail.
Likewise, I wouldn't put too much emphasis on the citrus notes announced in the description.
You get a certain elegant freshness in the form of the notes mentioned above, but there is nothing citrusy here.

I can therefore recommend it for those on a tight budget (I paid around €11 for 100 ml).
Maybe not for the very young perfume wearers but from 30 years upwards you shouldn't go wrong with this - as long as you can get something out of the fragrances mentioned.

So that's it from me!

Have a fragrant day.

The Egg of the Tygar
Straight to the point!
This is a pure and powerful Bvlgari Tygar Clone.

I was already blown away by Khadlaj's insanely great "Stellar Oud" as a megamare clone, and now it's "Stellar Musk".

You really can't say that the ladies and gentlemen of this fragrance house Khadlaj don't know what they're doing.

They snatch up expensive fragrance DNAs of sought-after and expensive fragrances and imitate them so exquisitely that you almost want to ask about the meaning of the original.
I don't do that, of course, because I'm well aware of what you bring into your home with the original.

However, if you feel a sting in your heart (and wallet) with every spray of a perfume costing almost 350 euros, you can confidently ask for an alternative.

In my opinion, for a measly 13 euros and a few crushed ones, it can only be "Stellar Musk".

As with the Megamare Dupe, Khadlaj also manages to convey the value here. Nothing smells clumsy, overly synthetic or even cheap.

No no, this is a wonderfully balanced summer fragrance with a subtly tart, natural grapefruit note that almost makes your mouth water.

The development after about 1-2 hours to an ambery clean office fragrance is guaranteed.
You shouldn't be offended by it, even annoying perfume grouches shouldn't get a "HERE Smells LIKE PUFF" attack (that's all they can think of about perfume anyway - but that's another topic).

Longevity and sillage are great. You carry a pleasantly fresh, clean note with you for hours. I would say the fragrance lasts an arm's length.

But there is not much more to say about "Stellar Musk".

For me, it was worth sticking with this relatively unknown perfume label and checking out what else they have in their portfolio.

2 out of 2 hits is a good yield I would say. to be continued...

Have a fragrant day!

Pure elegance
Sometimes I don't check.

As much as the red Perry Ellis dildo is (quite rightly) celebrated, I can't for the life of me understand how the black 360° cutie can fly so under the radar.

What we have here is a truly elegant, high-quality fragrance.

I love cardamom and maybe that's why I'm so addicted to Perry Ellis Black.

However, cardamom alone would be a little low for such a high rating.
Here you get a classy, soapy, almost powdery and elegant fragrance that even niche noses should like.

You don't always have to compare everything, but if I had to, 360° Black would be a mixture of Prada Luna Rossa Black and Montblanc Presence.
It has the noble powdery elegance of Prada and the sweet mysterious Indian cardamom rice pudding note of Montblanc. What a great mixture.

In the office, it's a real compliment magnet.
It's high-quality and doesn't look a bit synthetic. What you get here for the price is amazing.

The longevity is above average, as is the sillage.
I would actually wear the fragrance at any time. Perhaps not necessarily when the sun is blazing. Otherwise, the perfume is a great all-rounder. Not obtrusive but always present.
I couldn't make out a huge fragrance progression. It's not necessary, because it's perfect as it is.

For me, a clear recommendation to buy my new favorite office fragrance.
Even if I hope that Prada Amber (my previous undisputed No.1) has not been discontinued after all.

Have a fragrant day.
