The Egg of the Tygar
Straight to the point!
This is a pure and powerful Bvlgari Tygar Clone.

I was already blown away by Khadlaj's insanely great "Stellar Oud" as a megamare clone, and now it's "Stellar Musk".

You really can't say that the ladies and gentlemen of this fragrance house Khadlaj don't know what they're doing.

They snatch up expensive fragrance DNAs of sought-after and expensive fragrances and imitate them so exquisitely that you almost want to ask about the meaning of the original.
I don't do that, of course, because I'm well aware of what you bring into your home with the original.

However, if you feel a sting in your heart (and wallet) with every spray of a perfume costing almost 350 euros, you can confidently ask for an alternative.

In my opinion, for a measly 13 euros and a few crushed ones, it can only be "Stellar Musk".

As with the Megamare Dupe, Khadlaj also manages to convey the value here. Nothing smells clumsy, overly synthetic or even cheap.

No no, this is a wonderfully balanced summer fragrance with a subtly tart, natural grapefruit note that almost makes your mouth water.

The development after about 1-2 hours to an ambery clean office fragrance is guaranteed.
You shouldn't be offended by it, even annoying perfume grouches shouldn't get a "HERE Smells LIKE PUFF" attack (that's all they can think of about perfume anyway - but that's another topic).

Longevity and sillage are great. You carry a pleasantly fresh, clean note with you for hours. I would say the fragrance lasts an arm's length.

But there is not much more to say about "Stellar Musk".

For me, it was worth sticking with this relatively unknown perfume label and checking out what else they have in their portfolio.

2 out of 2 hits is a good yield I would say. to be continued...

Have a fragrant day!

The powerful spray head that makes you happy...
Anyone who owns more than a small selection of perfumes (*you too are mentally reporting) knows exactly what I mean: spray heads.
They come in a spectrum from angelic to ungodly.
Some would like to become showerheads, given the amount of scented water that they (perceived in the massage function) blast through. Others want to support you financially by giving away hardly any of the object of desire and then there are still many who are okay.
The struggle is real.

Khadlaj Stellar Oud has the holy grail among the spray heads.
When I tested this blind buy back then, I first got stuck on the spray head.
How can it be that for less than €15, the finest, perfect mist with the most beautiful feel is out of competition with all previous spray heads? I don't know, but that's how it is.
Once you have received your first wave of satisfaction after using the spray head, the second wave follows immediately.

Stellar Oud is simply top - citrusy, fruity, fresh and slightly creamy.
A wonderful fragrance for spring and fall and really always wearable.
It opens with bergamot grapefruit, which is not bitingly sour as it is directly accompanied by white musk. Warm amber and soft woody notes underline the DNA.

Personally, Turathi Blue tended to be a little too masculine for me, even though I liked the fragrance itself so much; Stellar Oud is therefore the perfect alternative for me and an everyday fragrance with nuclear radiance for little money.

It's the eye of the Tygar, it's the thrill of the fight. (Stellar Oud)
Risin' up to the challenge of our rival. (Turathi Blue)

Stellar Oud won the fight (for me) with a TKO!

Turathi Who?
It's obvious. Anyone looking for an alternative to Le Gemme - Tygar is usually the first to be suggested Turathi (Blue). So I quickly organized a sample - I thought to myself "well, you can do that - for 20€? How much does it actually cost?" If it weren't for the tiny little problem that Turathi (Blue) often fluctuates between €30 and €50.

Thanks to Parfumo, I came across this pearl called Stellar Musk, which I blindly ordered for ~13 € as a defiant reaction to the Turathi price. What can I say? The Stellar Musk is far superior to the Turathi (Blue) in many categories.

For such an inexpensive fragrance, we have an insane amount of depth here. Almost so deep that I would place the fragrance in the golden fall rather than in the summer (maybe in a warm summer evening :). In contrast to Turathi (Blue), we have a real progression here. The opening greets us freshly with citrus and bergamot, slowly joined by vetiver. Things really take off in the drydown: The basic citrus character remains (less fresh, of course) and is rounded off with a very light amber-patchouli blend. No, seriously now. It's really over the top for the price!

The H/S is appropriate for the fragrance accords. It lasts somewhere between 5-7 hours on me. There's no need to talk about the price.

I had to learn to like the bottle, but I'm now a huge fan. The spray head is also amazingly good.

At an average price of €13, I definitely give it an unreserved blind buy recommendation!

Another Tygar twin
We continue with good cheapies. Anyone who likes Arabic cheapies or fragrance twins should have the Khadlaj brand on their radar. It is very much overshadowed by brands such as Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf & co. However, you can get really good releases from this brand, sometimes for around €10. This Stellar Musk is also a real value-for-money monster at just over €10 per 100ml.
There are plenty of twins with this Le Gemme - Tygar DNA, but this Stellar Musk is really pleasant and won't hurt your wallet. A great alternative to the expensive fragrances like Le Gemme - Tygar & Vibrato. Also a great alternative to the famous clones such as Turathi (Blue), Théorème pour Homme or Al Qiam Silver. This release is not so exciting if you already own fragrances from these twins. If you don't own any of them, you can get a great fragrance with this DNA for just over €10.

The bottle and packaging are remarkable for this price range. Well made and feels great in the hand. The only thing that takes some getting used to is the lid, which looks a bit strange. The packaging is also very successful.
Even if this is declared as a women's fragrance, it is easily unisex wearable because this Tygar DNA really cannot be assigned to any gender. There may be a little more creamy musk at work here, but that doesn't detract from it.
Anyone who knows this world-famous DNA will be reminded of it immediately after spraying it on. It is very close and laymen will probably not be able to detect any major differences to fragrances with similar DNA. Of course, this twin does not come close to Tygar or Vibrato in terms of detail, but it is a really good one among the twins.
This citrusy-fresh top note is a great mood enhancer and also somehow energizing with fresh grapefruit and bergamot. This typical hot and spicy ginger note is also absolutely present here and I really like it. As the name suggests, more musk is active here. Light musk, which also comes across as slightly creamy and goes great with the citrusy-spicy notes. The slightly warmer base with some amber, musk & patchouli is also pleasing and in my opinion there are no disturbing factors. Overall very round and a great fragrance for everyday life and leisure.
Performance is a little worse than a Turathi Blue, for example, but this one is still quite solid with a few hours of longevity and also quite decent sillage. An absolutely solid alternative for in-between times.

All in all, another great Tygar twin, which is almost a gift at just over €10. This is a great release for savers, as it smells significantly more expensive.

Totally my thing!
When I applied Stellar Musk, I immediately realized again why I find the signature of Turathi (Blue), Vibrato or Théorème pour Homme so great: it's that citrusy, creamy and refreshing! I only find Stellar Musk a little more suitable for women than the others mentioned. Nevertheless: it's simply a great fragrance! The longevity on my skin is successful with more than 10 hours and the sillage is fine so far.

The top note starts off creamy, fruity and fresh with grapefruit, mandarin and bergamot. It also makes me think of Solero ice cream. The heart note remains wonderfully fruity and reminds me a little of Fanta with tangerine flavor and a hint of ginger. Ambergris also provides woody, vanilla, creamy, powdery and oriental notes. The base smells spicy, creamy, oriental, sweet and balsamic.

Yep, I would love to have the bottle of Stellar Musk, especially as it is very reasonably priced. Many thanks to Sören for this great bottling!

A stellar freshie, with enough grapefruit, ginger, musk and, thank god, no ambroxan. Many scents may resemble Tygar. This is the best one!!!
