On the flight back from Athens, I naturally found myself in the duty-free store. Because I felt like I had sniffed my way through all the perfumes on the outward flight, I strolled through the shelves, almost bored. Then I saw it: Crystal Noir by Versace. Versace is absolutely not one of my brands and I wouldn't have reached for this fragrance if I hadn't remembered a Youtuber who had praised it highly. One spray on my forearm and I just thought "What the *, Versace?"

The scent smelled like fresh, clean baby powder? I excitedly sprayed my neck and ran to the gate. I kept sniffing my forearm and could clearly smell the blackcurrant. Everything was so harmonious that I was still surprised to have discovered this Versace fragrance. I may be going out on a limb here, but if I had smelled the fragrance blind, I would have prescribed it to Hermès. It could be a version of the Twilly fragrances.
On my skin, the fragrance continued to develop in a rather floral way, so I can't say much about the base note. However, I can imagine that this wonder water smells different on everyone. The longevity was absolutely fine for an eau de toilette.

My conclusion: If you fancy a fragrance that is really special and anything but mainstream, you should definitely try Crystal Noir.

The children's birthday party is in full swing. The table is full of sweet cherry lollipops, cupcakes, red Jell-O and all sorts of other goodies. The highlight is the thick cake with creamy cream topping and a fruity core of delicious cherry cream.

After all the children have been picked up and spend the night with their best friends, the parents pour themselves a fine cherry drop and toast to the successful celebration. The drop is still fruity but at the same time a pleasantly bitter almond note makes itself felt. A second and a third glass follow.

"Let's go out!" And they make their way to a bar where pretty women are dancing on the tables. Walking past them, you smell their skin which smells creamy, vanilla almost creamy. There is only a very subtle smell of cherry. How fitting!
The famous wine gum cherry on the cocktail umbrella remind again of the colorful hustle and bustle in the afternoon, until suddenly from the boxes the dull beat of 50Cents Candyshop echoes.

For me this fragrance smells like a wonderful mix of sun cream and the original Nivea cream. If you don't know the scent yet, it is best to spray it on your wrist and then try to ignore it for about two hours. Under no circumstances should you sniff it directly! The top note has absolutely nothing to do with what you can expect after a short "unfolding time". It smells like vanilla ice cream in an outdoor pool and lukewarm summer nights.

It is a really very nice fragrance that everyone who likes warmer scents should have in their collection.

After we finished our education, my girlfriend and I moved into a flat share and enjoyed life to the fullest. At that time we were still too young, too rich, too beautiful and too brave. And this fragrance embodies exactly this lifestyle. After a wild weekend in too high shoes, too short dresses and too much champagne, which is suddenly given to you by far too old men, my roommate applies at least three splashes of this fragrance and rushes into the office. The whole apartment and the whole hallway are filled with her scent. The older colleagues were indignant about such a striking scent and the boss suddenly looked at you for a moment too long ...
Meanwhile, I mascaraed my eyelashes to infinity with my first expensive Lancôme mascara, and in the process I was making plans to move to the big city to study ...

Six years later.

I rarely wear the scent anymore. It just didn't fit with the screwed up exams, the shitty side jobs, the bullying during the internship and the resulting question "Where did my self-confidence actually disappear to?"
So Alien is pausing right now and I use rather inconspicuous scents. But at some point I will have the bottle refilled and remember when we had too much of everything and expected everything from life.
