A comparison to Poseidon's Elixir Remixed Mod 1
While browsing through the souk I came across the offer of Mod 3 of the nice perfume Strehliwood. Since I was attracted by the fragrance on the Dua Fragrances website (the fragrance is advertised as follows: "Inspired by Creed Aventus with additional notes of juniper berry, iso-E super and ambroxan crystals"), but I didn't intend to buy the fragrance, I saw the chance to ask the perfume for its opinion. Strehliwood made a comparison right away with the mod 1 he also owns, without noticing any big differences between the two fragrances. At the same time he offered me to provide small bottlings of the two fragrances. Many thanks again at this point!
There is neither a statement nor a comment to the mod 3 so far. I have therefore decided to write a comment on the mod 3, but I will also briefly reflect my perception of the mod 1.
Now to the fragrances:
Left Mod 1 sprayed on, right Mod 3 sprayed on. Meanwhile I go into the living room to "drop" the scent. I smell the mod 3:
Oy, smells good?! Yeah, smells good! I'm looking at the pyramid of scents, but what is it? There are bergamot, black currant leaf, pineapple, apple and juniper berry as components. But I cannot assign this scent to the components. If I describe the fragrance in colours, I have a bright orange in mind. And then it comes to mind. The scent reminds me of Fanta, and how. Deliciously refreshing Fanta. I perceive the scent as a strong (unfortunately only in the opening, more about that in a moment) and fruity spring/summer scent, which fits the current weather (17 degrees, bright blue sky). The fragrance runs straight without changing, it keeps its fruitiness. If it were not for the durability... Already after 2 hours I feel the scent as very close to my skin, after 3 hours I can only guess the scent with a flattened nose on my wrist. For me, mod 3 is an independent and successful fragrance, independent of the Aventus, but due to its durability it will not be part of my collection.
The Mod 1 comes there the Aventus already enormously close. When applying it I have the yellow color in mind, which is due to the pineapple. I like the opening very much. After about 1-2 hours the smoky part is added, which I think comes from the birch tree. The shelf life of mod 1 is much better than that of mod 3. 6-8 hours I perceive it, but after about 4 hours it becomes very close to my skin.
Finally, I like mod 3 better, because of the scent composition, which I have not noticed in another scent yet. Due to the performance, however, he remains only in pleasant memory.

More than just a dupe
I bought Casino Elixir as a sample at the souk. Tense like a little child, I open the package, take off the lid and give myself 2 sprays on my forearm.
I'm sitting on the beach with a half-open Hawaiian shirt and sunglasses. The palm trees waving in the wind, I'm enjoying a drink, something fruity. The pineapple sticks out. So I sit there and lean back. About an hour after the drink is sipped, the wind gets stronger. So strong that the wind blows me off the quiet beach at a fairground. I stand there with a huge cotton candy and stroll across the market.
About the fragrance itself:
The fragrance opens with notes of Creed Aventus. The fruity notes are very present, which I like a lot. I clearly perceive the pineapple. But it doesn't come close to the fruitiness of the original. After about 1 - 1.5 hours the fragrance changes. I perceive a sweetness very clearly. The scent is very similar to BR 540 (I am talking about the Extrait version). The scent remains very linear, but after 1 - 1.5 hours only BR 540 is still noticeable. In general, Casino Elixir hits the scents of Aventus and BR 540 to the point, excellent! I love both fragrances. Dua Fragrance has managed to bring these fragrances together in a dreamlike combination.
The shelf life can be described as follows: The scent was applied in the evening, around 6 pm. The following morning, around 7 o'clock, I smell my forearm shortly after getting up. The scent is still clearly present. I think you can get through the day perfectly with 4 sprays without the scent being too intrusive.
