Niche for all - must try
Actually, I do not comment on fragrances where there is nothing left to comment. Where everything's been said. Which almost everyone has smelled, at least here.
I'll do it anyway:
I-A-Y-T-O-N I-S-T H-A-M-M-E-R.
For me, Niche in perfection.
No mainstream. No.
For everyone to whom I present the fragrance, it is a new fragrance experience. You don't smell that in a regular perfumery.
This sweet spice is simply fantastic and this horsey note - I have no idea how it got in there - can't get it out of her head with this PdM, as with Herod. Fascinating. She doesn't bother.
It is one of my most worn fragrances and can be worn especially on colder days.
It might seem a little musty to some, but it's anything but fresh. Blindbuy of a bottle does not have to be, but you can do it, because you know what to expect and you will get rid of it quickly.
H&S are good.
Does he belong in every collection? No. For me, "he still smells like niche."
It also seems a little more masculine than unisex. It is also rather not suitable as a signature scent. In my opinion. It's too spicy, too potent, and if you wear it too often you'll get sick of it ;).
But he always thrills me when I put him on.
The best PdM for me. Those who don't run away screaming while reading the scents should souvenir a bottling and give it some time.
Even if many people own it HERE, you can smell it unique, I haven't met anyone who knew it yet or smelled it somewhere else

Plays in a different league
I needed some time for the scent. The first time I tested it parallel with Dior Homme Intense. I found it too violent and the Intense better.
I have also wondered what youtuber Andres finds so ingenious about the scent - the flips in various of his videos literally on the scent (eg https://youtu.be/R64SqhJLsLw from 04:15).
Funnily enough, I made the same development as Andres with this fragrance - he tells me in a video that he didn't like it at first and so gradually found it better and better. I also had to learn this scent and now I find it ingenious. Noble leather, and loud, the fragrance enters full can the door (/nose) and is there. But by that I don't necessarily mean the Sillage - it's neat, but not exaggerated - but the scent itself. When I wear this, I can't get my hand off the back of my hand. In short time intervals I sniff it and think "ppuuaahh uff, horny" or "the skin pure, geilo" or "mmmmhhhhh, ohhh, ahhh".
It's dark and mysterious and strong and noble and mature and I don't know what it is. I'm not trying to go into the scents now - others can do that better. Except leathery and slightly powdery and at the end a bit orange I don't notice much. But you also have to take the fragrance just as it is, as a whole. And he should be tested more than once.
Someone here wrote - niche fragrance at the designer price. I can agree with that, but it's not really cheap.
So check out the scent!
Unfortunately, he's not in many perfumeries as a tester, but you'll find one. It's nothing for boys, if I'd smelled it when I was 20, I'd have run away.
The shelf life is quite okay, I don't get 12 hours like Andres, but 6 are in it.
Chapeau Dior, on this creation.

Ripe, quiet, pleasing office and nightlife prudrig fresh Iris-Allrounder without edges and somehow beautiful.
I really like Dior homme Intense very much. It is one of those fragrances I didn't like when I first experienced it. So it behaved with me e.g. also with Le Male, Terre, Amber pour homme, Spicebomb or One Million. There are just such scents - and probably every one of you knows this - which strike immediately, please you at first attempt, then such with which the exact opposite is the case and with which in most cases also remains so, and even these "quite nice but don't knock me out" scents. In this category belong the ones I mentioned above, as well as Dior Homme Intense. And somehow that changed gradually. Here and there in the perfumery, sprayed on, got to a little sample and used it very slowly and bit by bit he made it to the wish list - and finally also to the stock.

How does it smell?
I think most people already know the smell, I can't smell and describe notes well either, but I'll try to describe it: it's light and powdery, grown up somehow, a little fresh and dry at the same time. I don't have the iris note in my head now, but I'm assuming what so many people write here that the note is definitely present and smellable.
The fragrance is a bit sexy, but not very - I think it is also very suitable for the office. It is not loud and (with me at least) does not bristle straight before a room-filling Sillage. You have to get close to it to perceive it. And this is also my biggest point of criticism - the Sillage is average, the durability as well. I would have expected more for an eau de parfum. I bought myself the 150ml bottle and that's quite good, because I already used some ml in the first days, caused by repeated after-spraying during the day.
Now I have to say that I don't have a very sensitive or fine nose, I'm a smoker and it's similar with many other perfumes. So it may well be that DHI lasts much longer with others. I'm afraid he's very fugitive with me, but after a few hours it's over. It's more of a close encounter scent. I wonder a little whether I have such a "bad" nose, or why it is rated here with such a high durability - 8.8 at just under 1,200 ratings is a very high value, so I would expect that the fragrance remains from morning to evening. I can imagine that the H&S are not evaluated completely objectively freed from the actual fragrance. So, the higher the score for the fragrance, the higher the score for durability and sillage. It's just a feeling...

DHI goes for me easily in the direction of Midnight in Paris, Prada l´Homme and Bois d´Argent - if you like these fragrances from the style, you will certainly enjoy this Dior.
I like DHI very much, although I'm a bit disappointed with S&H, maybe it was better with the 2007 version. He has signature scent potential, but can't get past me at Pradas´ Amber pour Homme.

Nice, quiet, green
This fragrance had a true odyssey behind it on its way to me. Ordered online I had to wait almost a month until he came to me (you can read about it in my blog "DHL Stories"). I sprayed him in the Galeria Kaufhof every now and then on the back of my hand or wrist and then often led my nose there and thought "Ohhh.... Ahhh... How beautiful. Therefore he was put on the wish list and was bought when a good offer was made. Honestly - the Uvp he is not "worth" (in my eyes), I think 100€ would be an absolutely reasonable price.
Because;
He doesn't reinvent the wheel, he doesn't touch it, and he's nothing special overall - he doesn't have that wow effect like a couple of other bonds.
But he has this "want to smell regularly on the wrist" factor, is light and fresh, green and has a kind of dimmed down creamy spice. He has the green of Cool Water and GIT, but is less masculine and loud. He is also not herb, rather gentle, almost cute (compared to the latter two). To me he is a little too reserved, the Sillage is nice, but no comparison to other, louder bonds, the durability becomes so after 1-2 hours very closely, remains then however still further approx. 4 hours available.
I don't know if I would classify him unisex, I don't think so, but I'm sure there are also women who like him, and here he has a few perfumes :).
I think the fragrance is wonderful, it interprets GIT in a softer way, but it lacks a bit of wow and sillage. Perfect everyday scent, but not too conspicuous. The current figure of 6.7 is too low, but it can also be due to the high price and the associated claim.

Candied plastic tulip meadow in Central Park
I bought a bottle of this one. Had enough time to test them and did. On the nice warm days, high line came to the skin. I don't really know what to think of the smell. I like it, yeah. But only occasionally. I couldn't wear it every day, there were days when he would have annoyed me, so that I left him lying beautifully to the left. Then there are moments again where I thought, 'phew... Horny thing'.

Describing fragrances is not yet my strength: it mainly smells synthetic green. Ozone? It's probably in there. I don't smell it consciously. It's getting flowery, too. Like a big tulip meadow in the middle of the city... And these flowers are candied... and plastic. Like a candied plastic tulip meadow in Central Park. Typical Bond DNA in green.
Maybe you can imagine something underneath. Not a buyer for me. I think I would never get a bottle empty, I think the scent can get annoying, it's just something for 'now and then'.
Still a fine candidate for the test.

Sillage is - as far as I can judge - quite good, the durability is neat. 5-6 hours may be more, depending on skin type and situation.

Hope I could help
Greetings.
