I ordered this fragrance without knowing what notes it contains, without a single review, without high expectations. Just blind. And I must say, it was the right choice. This is a very floral and sensual scent. The brand Armaf is known for making dupes, and this one is similar to Dior J'adore, if I'm not mistaken. But so beautiful..... The sillage is fantastic, lasts super long, and even though I have so many beautiful perfumes, I've been wearing it non-stop these past few days. The fragrance pyramid is hard to find, as far as I know it is fruity (pear, plum), as well as floral (tuberose, jasmine) and has a bit of vanilla, musk, and cedarwood. Not too heavy, not too sweet. A wonderful spring surprise.

I don't like the scent, and that's a shame. I enjoy the citrus freshness at the beginning and also the white flowers, but something, and I suspect it's the sweet pea (which I don't know), ruins everything.... It's quite similar to pickle water, and I don't want to smell like that. The scent also reminds me of a crisp lettuce leaf with a strong gulp of lemon water..... No.. It's not for me.

The famous Bracken.... I bought this scent here on souk as a sample. At home, I tracked it down and thought, it’s not that loud, hardly noticeable, yet somehow beautiful. Well... After a while, I actually quite liked it and treated myself to a bottle that has a beautiful color and sparkles in the light, so much so that it’s enough of a reason to have it. When I opened the bottle, I didn’t trust my nose, was shocked because I didn’t recognize it. It was something absolutely different. The person didn’t sell me Bracken and I couldn’t find out anymore because she deleted all messages. Well.. About the scent. I’ve never smelled anything like this, green and mysterious as if you’re standing right in the middle of a damp rainforest and the lush plants around you are clouding your mind. A very unusual scent that draws you in. I don’t perceive leather at all, nor the forest berries. Just a juicy green. The color of the bottle doesn’t match the content at all.... For me, a toxic green would be perfect. I love this witch’s mix and absolutely have to try it in 30-degree heat.

Today I am wearing Nilang by Lalique... In the pyramid, watermelon is listed among other notes, but to me, the scent smells like a juicy, overripe honey melon. The opening is loud and striking, and the similarity to Angel by Mugler is, at least for me, only minimal. It lasts a long time on clothing, and these sunny accents warm and uplift the mood. I really like it!

A perfume that stands in my closet waiting for its moment... Will that moment ever come?! Basically, this is a chypre scent, and peaches are listed in the pyramid, which I don't perceive at all. Maybe I'm too young for it, I don't know. It makes me sad. It is already old-fashioned, yet still beautiful. Every now and then, I catch a whiff on my wrist; I think I should take it out for a spin.
