Insane price-performance ratio
This fragrance is madness!
I'm in Venice right now and didn't want to miss the chance to try the scents at the place of origin.
After trying a few EdTs and EdPs, I decided to go with Cedarwood.
The scent is stunning and actually smells like wood.
It lasts for a while and also layers well.
50ml cost here 30€ which is in my opinion a huge bargain, for a niche brand like The Merchant of Venice

Solid blind purchase
I bought it blind after many reviews, because I like Tuxedo very much.
Moustache is solid, good, lasts long and projects quite strongly.
I do see a certain similarity to Tuxedo, but the often praised 90%, unfortunately not.
Nevertheless, great scent especially for the price. I will now like to wear it more often in autumn.

Dream scent
I tested this fragrance in London, found it great and got myself several samples.
After I had tried it for a few days, it excites me more and more.
In the beginning you can smell a very pleasant rose, which is not too flowery at all. Along with beautiful, spicy and warm notes.
The top note also lasts really long - 30 minutes at least.
Once the rose has gone, warm, pleasant oriental notes remain. It is sweet, but not cute, spicy, but not biting and overall simply beautiful and pleasant.
Towards the end he becomes vanilla again, but remains with his overall oriental flair.
The sillage could be stronger, especially at the price of £115 for just 50ml, but with 3 splashes you can get through the day well.
I would set the perceptible shelf life to about 8 hours.

From The One you can easily apply 10 splashes and still don't get the Sillage, which other EdTs and EdPs release after only one splash.
It looks similar with the durability. After less than an hour, he's gone. Even if you smell directly at the sprayed area.
I really hope that both the EdT and the EdP will be reformulated to eliminate these vulnerabilities. The fragrance itself is fantastic and one of my absolute favorites.
