Greek summer dream
After ordering a sample pack from Borntostandout, I was naturally curious to try out the different fragrances - including Fig Porn, which I was most looking forward to. When I sprayed it on for the first time, I had high expectations. But surprisingly, I wasn't particularly impressed at first. The fragrance was good, no doubt about it, but I just couldn't imagine it on myself. So I put the sample aside for the time being.
A few weeks later, we flew to Greece for our summer vacation and I packed a few samples. During our vacation, I spontaneously grabbed the sample again. This time, however, not for myself, but for my fiancé. One morning, I handed him the sample bottle and he sprayed Fig Porn on himself. And then it happened: BAM - the fragrance unfolded on his skin into an absolute summer dream - a real Fig Porn! It was almost magical how the composition transformed in the warm, Mediterranean atmosphere. Suddenly the fragrance seemed made for this moment - the scent was present throughout the day and developed wonderfully.
Despite lingering in the salt water and hot sun all day, the fragrance held up remarkably well. The sillage was impressive without being overpowering. I kept noticing this soft, fruity freshness that perfectly matched the warm Greek summer days. A fig fragrance that was fruity and fresh at the same time, but still had a certain depth that gave it character.
The fragrance reminded me of a stronger version of Gris Charnel, with a hint of Philosykos in the opening. The fig note was unmistakable, but it was accompanied by an elegant freshness that made the fragrance balanced and interesting, probably due to the bergamot supported by the pear. The fragrance embodied this perfect balance between fruitiness and a subtle spiciness that made it both feminine and masculine.
Although I definitely liked the fragrance more on my fiancé than on myself, I still wouldn't describe it as a man's fragrance. It has that versatility that allows it to be worn on both men and women. As always, this is a question of personal taste and individual interaction with the skin. Due to its high sillage and longevity, I would only wear it on special occasions, as it could be overwhelming in the office.
For me, Fig Porn is definitely a fragrance that unfolds particularly well in spring and summer. It exudes this casual, unagitated elegance that is reminiscent of warm summer days and Mediterranean landscapes. A fragrance that shows its full splendor especially in sunny, warm climes. If you are looking for a sweet yet profound fig fragrance that lasts all day and has above-average perceptibility, then this fragrance is definitely worth a recommendation. I'm already looking forward to experiencing it again on future summer trips!

Pure seduction: opulent, warm and irresistible
I ordered the fragrance as a souk and didn't know what to expect at first.
When I first sniffed it, I thought: "Oh, that's interesting." But then I sprayed it on a second time and was blown away. WOW - what a revelation! This fragrance has captivated me and I can't stop smelling it. It got me hooked straight away, so deep and seductive. For me it is an absolute surprise, it is sensual, opulent, sexy and warm, but also somehow calming and familiar.
The fragrance immediately reminded me of an elegant, mysterious lady in a black dress, striding confidently and sensually through the room.
The combination of opulence and sophistication gives the fragrance a luxurious aura that is perfect for special occasions - especially for dates or evenings where you want to leave an unforgettable impression, just wooooooow!
The warm, seductive and slightly mysterious character gives it a certain masculinity without losing the sensual, sexy touch. Therefore definitely unisex for me!!!
The fragrance is loud and present. It has a very good H/S and remains an experience on the skin for a long time. You can literally feel the warmth and depth that it radiates - almost like a warm, luxurious coat that envelops you.

Side Effect is definitely a statement fragrance and if you are looking for a seductive, beguiling perfume that lasts a long time and gets compliments, you should definitely try this fragrance. A new favorite for me, will be ordering it full size right away!!!
