Reliable companion with "Ur-Le Male" appeal
I have no idea where you get off calling a fragrance "Bondage". Anyway, it's not about what it says. It's not about what it says, it's about what's in it. And it's good! It comes pretty close to the old formulation of "Le Male" a few minutes after spraying it on, I think. Maybe not quite as bombastic, but very solid. Spicy. Fresh. With good longevity and sillage. And just about the durability can discuss the current "Le Male" yes quite.
He is by no means my favorite fragrance, this "Bondage Homme", - but a reliable companion. If I do not know what to spray on, I like to reach for the cheap spray can. Any time of year, and comparatively often, too. According to the Parfumo "Assistant", I have put on the fragrance a total of 30 times since Christmas, which amazes me myself. Trailing far behind are "Le Male le Parfum", "Red Tobacco", "L'Homme Ideal Cologne" and many others. At that price, this stuff is a real no brainer

When it's hot, you can do it sometime
August 2021: In Bologna, Italy, the thermometer rises relentlessly every day to 36, 37 degrees. My Aqva Amara by Bvlgari, tried and loved on warm days, has been telling me in no uncertain terms for days that it really doesn't feel like this heat shock anymore. Cool Water, Allure Edition Blanche, Homme Ideal Cologne and the other friends had already given up on the trip in advance. Good thing the lady of the house has something to get at Lidl. So it practically falls into my hand, the bottle. Was this stuff supposed to work? Well, then: I bought it (because it was cheap) and generously "lidded" with it after the shower - with 15 sprays (No, I'm not a sissy-spayer). After an unpleasantly alcoholic start, which fortunately dissipates after 15 minutes, the DNA of Aqua di Gio comes out, holding up even better than the original, which is notoriously weak in performance. Do I need to write anything else about AdG? Rather not, I think. Is this stuff a competitor to Aqva Amara? Not at all! But in the heat, a decent and cheap alternative to the fragrance that (because discontinued) is getting more and more expensive. What I'll do with it when I get back to Germany remains to be seen. In the summer of 2021 in Italy, I am in any case grateful for this trip to the German discounter in Emilia-Romagna.
