Juicy rose scent, but below average sillage
The opening of this fragrance is not good to me (it smells green, almost soapy at first), but wait for about 10 minutes and there it is: delicate, elegant rose backed by a juicy, decadent plum, like sniffing a rose bush someone planted next to a plum orchard. This scent is soft, uber feminine yet isn't very sweet: people who dislike cloying fragrances may enjoy this one. This fragrance is best for women who like to smell feminine yet dislike super sweet scents. When I'm in a girly mood, this and Bombshell Passion are what I reach for.
While not a skin scent, hardcore rose is more of the intimate side which is exactly what I want for a fragrance such as this: present yet not overbearing or screechy. I get about 4-5 hours on my skin. I took points off for the bottle because I dislike opaque bottles, but the scent itself is solid.

A good dupe for Ellis Brooklyn Vanilla Milk
When I first smelled the mod perfumes at ulta I originally liked mod blush more, but after taking them home I fell in love with mod vanilla.
Mod vanilla is a lactonic vanilla scent that has, in my opinion, the perfect amount of sweetness. It is not cloying, powdery, or sugary sweet but it is not a 'dry' vanilla either.
When I first smelled it, it reminded me of something I had smelled before and liked, and after a bit of rumination it hit me - it is reminiscent of Ellis Brooklyn's vanilla milk! Those who like vanilla milk but are not looking to break the bank will surely like this. Anyone who is looking for a sweet vanilla fragrance that is not powdery will also enjoy Mod Vanilla.
For anyone worried, the plum note is not strong or distracting; this fragrance does not come off as fruity.
It comes across as youthful, but not exceedingly so - this fragrance will fit anyone of any age, although those who are looking for a fragrance that is intentionally trying to come across as mature may want to keep seeking.
This fragrance is inoffensive and safe for almost all occasions.
In my opinion, this fragrance would be especially perfect for a staycation, a chill date at a coffee shop, or a relaxing Saturday afternoon. It is cozy, warm, and inviting.

A good first introduction to patchouli
Patchouli Berry is just that - a sweet berry scent mixed with patchouli.
The berry scent is a lot stronger than the patchouli note in my opinion, at least on the onset. For the majority of the fragrance's life, the two are balanced. Oddly enough, it is the berry note that I have the most problem with. While not offensive, the berry note leans artificial and borderline plasticky if too much is sprayed.
The patchouli is very earthy and not at all green. It balances out the sweetness of the berry and grounds the fragrance very well. The patchouli note gets more prominent as the berry scent begins to fade throughout time.
As with many other Pacifica perfumes, the longevity is average to below average. Depending on the weather, you can expect to get anywhere from 2-4 hours out of Himalayan Patchouli Berry, even on clothes.
This fragrance is best suited for those looking for a summer fragrance that is fruity, not floral, but still has another note to round the fragrance out.
I would not classify this fragrance as safe for the office due to the prominent patchouli note, since many associate patchouli with hippies and the wearer may get some negative comments from others with this prejudice.
I would most likely recommend this for a fun early evening out in the summer, such as to a festival or a party.

The award for fragrances that smell nothing like the listed notes again goes to Pacifica. I have little experience with aquatic fragrances so I cannot speak for the aquatic note but when I spray this fragrance I do not smell lavender or current at all. Instead this fragrance smells very powdery, clean, and very slightly musty, kind of like someone spinning candy floss inside an old bookstore.
Anyone seeking a sweet lavender fragrance will surely be disappointed, so I would classify this as not blind buy safe. Please do not buy this based off the notes listed on the bottle, smell this in the store to see if you like it before purchase, or buy the body mist.

Pear Vanilla
I am surprised pear was not listed as a note. When I wear this fragrance most of what I smell is sweet pears with a vanilla underbase. I don't get much orange, but the sandalwood (though faint) is there. The sweetness level of this fragrance is mild, it is not sugary sweet or cloying but those who are not a fan of sweet fragrances might want to stay away.
This is a very versatile, everyday fragrance, appropriate for a cozy day at home, a work day at the office, or a fun night out. Bare usually lasts about 3 hours on my skin, 6+ on clothes.
