This smells so much like a Toblerone chocolate orange, if not nearly identical. The patchouli pairs perfectly with the dark chocolate note.

If Chocolovers were made with actual oils instead of synthetic ingredients, I imagine it would smell a lot like this.

I wouldn't wear this out and about because it would be too cloying in warm weather for me; but it's one of my special treat scents for wearing around my home.

I bought this because I was craving a pear perfume. I hardly detect pear in this. It is all clove, sandalwood, and musk to me. Together, these notes seem more fitting for a candle or incense, not a perfume on skin. Longevity is great; it sustained a 30-minute shower with a light pouf scrubbing.

It's really funny how reviews all over the place talk about this smells like coffee and chocolate, how it reminds people of light and fluffy cake, etc. This smelled so familiar, and I realized it is the essence of the long-discontinued Amour de Amandier but with a tad less almond. I sprayed Desire Me on one arm, then AdA on the opposite hand; yup, they're pretty much the same. Which proves my loose theory that perfume houses recycle scents just as much as much as celebrity or The Limited brands do.

Sillage is rather faint on me, and the longevity is maybe 3-4 hours at most.

This reminds me of the first time I ate a strawberry macaron; lightly sweet, tart, and with a touch of vanilla. As the saying goes, "one moment on the lips, forever on the hips". This perfume is the same way: it is fleeting in longevity but is imprinted in my mind for hours after.

I put this on earlier in the day. I sniffed my wrist a few hours later, and I had to wrack my brain to remember what I put on. Then I remembered after looking at the bottle sitting on my bathroom counter.

This is not a distinct perfume at all. I DO like it; it's a nice spicy, creamy perfume that's great for cool weather. However, you could slap on a celebrity name or a brand like Hugo Boss on the label and I wouldn't know the difference. Longevity is between 4 to 6 hours on me.
