I spray on the scent, close my eyes, exhale through my nose and hold my breath for an eyeful... I inhale and open my eyes.
I feel at that moment like a writer in a cabin by a lake, just like in "the secret window."

What goes through my mind in the first few minutes? My senses have yet to sort themselves out and suddenly, as if traveling back in time I feel I am in old Chicago, twentieth century fits the bill, small dark alleys, smoke rising from the drains up the streets, where exactly might I be? In an old factory in a small office of the infamous Al Capone?

Strong leather & tobacco smell in the nose but quickly fades into the background, the tobacco but still slightly present, but slowly it becomes slightly sweet and I have to smile, this perfume is a surprise of fragrances.

Same age different place, where am I now? Music is playing in my head, I feel like I'm at one of the great Gatsby's parties this time and I'm enjoying it.

So and no other way I can best describe the fragrance.
