Upon first spray there's almost a medicinal oud note. Something I have smelled before in other oud fragrances. I wasn't quite sure how I felt about it but it was so short lived. and than the magic happens. Allow this fragrance to open up and bloom off your skin. It is freakin INCREDIBLE. The smoothest combination of notes float in the air. So buttery and supple. The Oud/iris/osmanthus combo is next level. Of course BTV signature saffron can be found in the opening as well. The sandalwood and styrax in the base lend a hand to the orris by giving it the most buttery, soft powder, balsamic woodiness. It's truly breath taking to me. This isn't just a fragrance it is an experience.

Performance is 12 hours plus . Also, I recommend within the first hour of applying don't smell super close and judge it because its so powerful and animals. For the first couple hours its magical in the air and then it becomes the same even up close.

This does smell like Roja Elysium. The performance is slightly better than Elysium. But after going through Roja Elysium Cologne, Parfum and intense cologne version. I realized this scent DNA is just not meant to project. Unfortunately the reality is the same with Colosseum it performs slightly better than Elysium but still weak performance.

This is a clone of "The Spirit of Dubai Bahar" I bought Powerful Boadicea Exclusive new plus a sample and then I realised it smells exactly like Bahar tried comparing it side by side had 4 people smell it and everyone said it smells similar. In fact all of them liked Bahar more except for 1 friend. I returned powerful back. I cannot fathom spending $1.1k on a Bahar clone which is already expensive and an amazing perfume.

The opening of powerful has more prominent citrus note compared to Bahar within an 1 hour you get Jasmine & Lavender which last another hour and the dry down is smooth Sandalwood with hints of Vanilla. Fragrance turns dry powdery. This fragrance doesn't perform too well. Compared to Bahar - Bahar hits the mids much faster due to Sandalwood in the mid notes and base notes. But in air people wont be able to tell the difference. Bahar has better projection when compared to Powerful.

Most of the people who bought Powerful are Boadicea collectors who like to display their collection - mainly based in the U.S and hyping it up for its exclusivity, high price and bottle design. There are one or two who have hoarded multiple bottles of this fragrance and sell it time to time probably to gain popularity in the group as a provider of discontinued fragrance. But when I talk to them in DM. They admitted the projection isn't as much. They bought its specially for the collection and look of the bottle.

I was chatting with a YouTube reviewer Troyd247mall who I consider an honest non biased reviewer. He also admitted Powerful is not worth the retail price at all. It rather sits close to the skin and doesn't project. I will certainly admit the bottle does look good.

More dense version of blue sapphire. Blue sapphire has an effervescence and an airy and shimmering vibe, this is more serious version. In the dry down both smell more or less similar. Auster out performs Blue Sapphire by a few hours before both became skin scents. Price wise Auster is better value for money. I like it better than Blue Sapphire.

It doesn't smell anything like Tuscan leather. This fragrance shouts " I am a classy rich person" . When it comes to quality it's supremely high. This will eat most of Roja, Boadicea , Clive Christian fragrances in the room.

Presentation is super luxurious , the bottles are hand cut and super heavy glass. Sprayer is excellent 3-4 sprays and your are good to go.
