Unique without end, up to now (!) no equal opponent has been able to beat the water, all Dupes/Klone/Imitators/Nacheiferer (the transitions are fluent) have been able to achieve this uniqueness and unmistakability in this fragrance segment. Mostly too penetrating, citrus-heavy, chemical-smoky, musty-synthetic and all in all too unround these were.

Until now. On the horizon I see a fragrance that is not only on a par with him, but at a cheaper price rounder, more balanced, more varied, richer and more natural than this one. At least for me - and so I hope that he gets as little attention as possible and that the "lion essence" under the radar of the masses remains a niche of the niche. Although Creeds' Aventus can no longer be described as a niche...

Yeah, it's portable. But a clone? Well, same fragrance family, okay. M.E. a (over-)ripe pineapple dominates even several hours after application. Somewhat unround the whole and then this indefinable vanilla-sweet-chemical-smoky nuance. Brings me back to my childhood, when one discovers the forgotten pineapple in a school bag at the end of the summer holidays while igniting the Q-Tipps...

Nasty "bath cleaner note", almost unbearable in the beginning, but then improves a bit, but still annoys me after several hours. Bref-Klon, yes, but otherwise I see few parallels.
Is that why he's so bad? No, but this stinging lemon kills the rest for several hours. And I wouldn't like to smell decent after hours and hours. After two hours at least the smoke comes through noticeably. For me too unround and therefore overvalued
