I’m so thankful to have this incredible scent
I was very lucky that friends of mine visited their son in London.
I took the opportunity to ask if they could kindly bring me a bottle of Maison Crivelli because Selfridges cannot/will not/may not deliver to Germany!!!

The scent is a killer.

Admittedly, it’s not an unknown DNA
Still, it is distinctive and outstanding.
With the first spray, the leather hits you in the face. The raspberry is equally present.
It is then somewhat tempered by the iris and cedarwood until the leather and oud reappear in all their glory, accompanied by a hint of vanilla.

Cuir InfraRouge is a “here I am” and definitely not a quiet candidate.
The associations with London-Widian are justified, but it confidently follows its own path.

Dear Ann

I had read attentively online that ANN DEMEULEMEESTER had taken a creative break after selling her label. But she hasn’t been idle in the meantime. At Serax, she skillfully implemented her minimalism in porcelain and other interior design objects, with the color black dominating. Now Ann has presented her first perfume, and my curiosity was piqued.

I ordered the fragrance, available only online on the DEMEULEMEESTER homepage or through Antonioli.

Yesterday was the day. Arrived

The bottle is very puristic/minimalistic, just as one would expect from her fashion. The front is glossy black with the inscription of ANN DEMEULEMEESTER; when you turn the bottle, the A appears on the back, very cool. A statement!

Cap off and the first spray

A floral bouquet with cinnamon and cloves, slightly piercing, was the first impression; even after a while, when the leather emerges with the woods, the scent does not convince me at all.
It just doesn’t catch me; for me personally, it has too much old-school vibes, but a friend was delighted when I gifted her the overpriced perfume.

That’s why thanks and goodbye.
