Well made but safe
The brand refers to notes as impressions, which are: Juniper, Mastic, Aldehydes, Fruity notes, Geranium, Ozonic notes, Cucumber, Vetiver.
The blurb suggests: "The surreal impression of walking in thick fog, senses heightened to anchor your feet. Feeling like you‘re stepping into a parallel dimension, the mist enveloping you, transporting you."
Well, they've got a better imagination than me but what I can say is that it's a fresh, green, aldehydic and reminiscent of the sea, which I quite like. The fruity notes are very faintly in the background, maybe more bergamot/citrus with a little sweetness. Not getting juniper, geranium, or cucumber and the vetiver, again, is quite faint.
Is it anything new? No. Do I like it? Yes, and for £84.50 I'd even considering plumping for a bottle, if I didn't think there were frags that did the same thing but better. It reminds me of Parfum d'Empire Corsica Furiosa, which has more of a kick to it.
