A niche for everyone!
Althaïr is probably the most unniche niche fragrance I know. And yet it's a powerhouse that really packs a punch.

It starts off sparkling and subtly fresh, but transforms straight away into a pleasant vanilla fragrance that presents an irresistible scent progression with woods and amber. The base is creamy and sweet.

I don't know if I'm making a controversial statement, but I personally find this "winter fragrance" to be a great all-rounder. Depending on the dosage, it can - in my opinion (!) - be worn perfectly all year round and is a great signature fragrance!

THE Boss Bottled
So far, I haven't been able to identify too strongly with the Boss Bottled flankers. From "Again" to "Does it have to be?", there wasn't really any more emotion in the releases. But the Elixir really won me over.

Boss Bottled Elixir begins very spicy and its subtle effervescence is reminiscent of the related cola note that I perceive in the opening of Dior Sauvage Elixir. However, this soon fades and transforms into an incense-vanilla blend. The scent becomes very smoky-sweet in the drydown, which I personally appreciate, as I don't necessarily consider incense scents to be my favorites, but the composition of sweet notes mixed with smoky spice makes me really love this flanker.

So if you can't smell a Boss Bottled flanker anymore, but deep down you're still willing to give one a chance, this is the one you should most likely reach for. The performance is definitely above average and the sillage is also immensely powerful - at least for the first few hours. It then wears off a little in this area, but still lasts well on the skin for a few more hours.

Pure suspense: What will I get next?
DesirToxic is the epitome of transformation in a bottle! I have no other fragrance in my collection whose scent progression is as exciting as this one.

Micallef's DesirToxic starts off fruity and spicy. I had to open my eyes the first time I tried it because I had never smelled anything like it before. Some people compare the opening with Layton, which I personally can only subscribe to distinctively. Personally, I find DT far more exciting!

The heart then reveals even more spice than the top notes. I really admire the progression here, because it really is full of different facets.

In the base, the fragrance becomes wonderfully creamy on my skin. It tends slightly towards earthy and - despite the unisex label - is more masculine, but not too much and always pleasant. I have to say that I definitely wouldn't wear this type of perfume every day or for every occasion, as it is very special. Nevertheless, I think that Micallef's DesirToxic is a truly outstanding masterpiece & those who are unfamiliar with it definitely need to try it!

Summer version from Ani
In my opinion, this wonderful creation by Nishane smells slightly of ani as soon as the drydown begins. At the beginning, I sense a fresh green note, which makes the opening very summery. As soon as the perfume reaches its heart, it becomes increasingly powdery and soft and then blends its green notes with musk and vanilla in the base. Ambra Calabria could definitely be a little stronger, but I have also heard that as soon as the fragrance matures a little longer in the bottle, it develops further over time and becomes stronger - I am very curious. In any case, I'm already looking forward to the first warm summer days so that I can fully test this fragrance! So if you're looking for a lighter, summery version of Ani, you have to check this fragrance out!

Pure animalistic!
This fragrance is not for the faint-hearted: this is where man and beast meet at the center.

The musk in this perfume is very animalistic and envelops the sweet and woody notes of this fragrance in a decidedly unexpected splendor!

Apart from the animalic nuances, the fragrance offers a delicate gourmandism that I have never smelled before in another fragrance.

I would also venture to say that this fragrance is intended more for more mature men, BUT can also be worn perfectly by under 30 gentlemen on suitable occasions and therefore leaves a very masculine impression.

The projection of Musc Ravageur is very strong and you definitely can't complain about the durability. Definitely check it out if you don't know it!
