For me, Lapidus pour Homme Black Extreme generates an aura that is ideal for probably not harmonious conversations: critical employee meetings or to slow down the mother-in-law. One already says something without having lost words. It is already a weapon in this respect and I would not like to miss it. Fully straightforward and animalic.
Although there is no leather in it, it smells to me like leather bag and that of an old school teacher ... and he has a cane. Whether he uses it I do not know, but he has one. Overall, you should already be aware of it.
Surprisingly for me, my wife said that I smelled good when I wore it. For the most part, however, she gets mainly also the much softer drydown in the evening with.

Scent | Middle: 8.5 after 5-10 minutes, the leather bag is there; straightforward animalic

It is a fragrance of my wife and also sprayed exclusively on her. She pulls a pleasant scent cloud behind her, which is not room-filling, however. He changes in the course only a little - mainly the intensity decreases with time.
The apple association I can well understand, because it's the same for me. Overall, an excellent fruity gourmand companion throughout the day with and even the following day still on the skin to smell. The durability is incredible.
I have already caught me several times, as I smelled the bottle during the day.

Fragrance | Middle: 8.5 Apple pie with caramel.... but the best apple pie. Where is my pie fork?
Scent | Drydown: 8.5 It stays fruity, though that very brightness eventually goes away.

For daily use from my point of view well suited - maybe just not in small offices. The scent is very similar to the Encre Noire à L'Extrême when sprayed on (but also only here). In direct comparison, however, the Bentley remains more present afterwards, while the Encre Noire à L'Extrême becomes more gentle and discreetly perceptible. For this, possibly the different incense content is responsible.

- Fragrance | Opening: 8.5 Wonderful opening with lots of incense. The transition is hardly noticeable for me.
- Fragrance | Middle: 8.5 Incense and dry wood remain as the main notes in my nose. Dark and dry.
- Scent | Drydown: 8.0 Remains quite linear until the end and only gets weaker with time.
Overall rating: 8,33

Silage: medium

The name actually fits not particularly well, because the fragrance is in no way extreme. Rather, he is an excellent companion throughout the day and flies again and again in my nose - if you re-spray him. Encre Noire à L'Extrême is a beautiful fragrance with little sillage.

- Fragrance | Opening: 8.5 Wonderful opening, which for my nose is very similar to the Bentley for Men Absolute. After about 15 minutes, however, it transforms and becomes softer.
- Fragrance | Middle: 8.0 A rather gentle vetiver-wood cobination remains as the main note in my nose.
- Scent | Drydown: 8.0 Patchouli and a little sweetness join in at some point.
- Overall Score: 8.17

It is my leather jacket fragrance, which I accordingly also wear exclusively in leisure. Nothing for the usual office. The first hour I take the leather still strongly perceived. This is then followed by the spicy main course.
Sometimes I slip out of the suit and directly into jeans and leather jacket. Ombre Leather on it and it is perfect for me. Since also disturbs the quite manageable durability with me before the final sweetness not.

- Fragrance | opening: 9.0 I love this opening. Leather jacket!
- Fragrance | Middle: 8.5 Then becomes increasingly spicy and leather I hardly smell.
- Fragrance | Drydown: 6.5 Towards the end I perceive only sweet components (from about 4h).
- Overall rating: 8.0
