Karoschmaro

Now that I've been a silent "contributor" for some time and have written a few staments, I think it's time I dared to write a more detailed review. I couldn't think of a better fragrance than my first great love.
It all started quite harmlessly: I got hold of a sharing leftover bottle of Sweet Dimond for a great price.
Full of anticipation, I sprayed on the fragrance and couldn't believe what I was smelling.
The fragrance starts with a slightly pungent saffron-pepper note, which quickly subsides. The top note now gives way to the most beautiful, caramelized rose note I have ever smelled. This rose does not smell fresh or even green, more like it has been boiled down in sugar syrup.
In the drydown, the typical Kayali musk is added, making the fragrance (almost) perfect for me.
Since I can't have it sweet enough, I often layer Sweet Dimond with Vanilla 28 - a match made in heaven, if you ask me.
The only disappointing thing is unfortunately the longevity of the fragrance. For the price, I don't want to have to spray my perfume every 2-3 hours.
Nevertheless, it is the fragrance that sparked my love of perfume and it will always have a special place in my heart.
