A very soft sun-warmed forest
On opening Forest Lungs is raw wood and brash pine, but as it ages it fades back to a green, resinous and mellow sun-warmed forest floor scent. To me, it is evocative of the Danish woods, very tidy and tame but with a bit of wildness running through it. I will say, this is all for you - its sillage is practically non-existent and after 4-5 hours it's a skin scent. For days when you don't want a challenge, but want to vibe with nature and none can be found.

You are in a boutique hotel in Milan, the first morning at breakfast. You encounter a bountiful buffet, of which the star is a cake. An almond cake, with a cardamom icing and a nutmeg crema. This cake will sustain you all day. You eat three pieces and don't even care who sees you.
Lira is the cake.
It's a delicious gourmand, all marzipan and spice. It'll last well into tomorrow on just a spritz or two. Overall, excellent.
