Uplifting White Tea
I guess I thought from the description that this was going to be even more of a skin scent, like soft musk, but that's not the case. It's energizing, bright and fresh, white tea at its finest. Perfect for spring/summer mornings, like doing sun salutations in liquid form. Or another way, an upscale version of Everything and Nothing by Tokyomilk.

Definitely musc, but not ravenous
When first spraying this on skin I'm hit with a wall of powder, and something balsamic (maybe a fougere feel with the lavender.) It's off-puttingly almost maternal to me, but it's essential to let the scent settle into skin. It dries into this divine, much subtler amber musk with a touch of this exotic spice/patchouli mix that reminds me of a waft of incense still in the air. Sensual and alluring, and I'm sure it will layer amazingly with many other things. However, it's also surprisingly tame considering the name (and other reviews I've read). After an hour this is a mellow, warm and easy to wear scent.

Singular and engaging
Pistachio! A complex and layered nut given full attention to detail. It's a gourmand without being pastry sweet or drippy honey. Obviously nutty, and subtly green, dry without being powdery. This really is a fun exploration of something that's usually used for one note. Will probably be great for layering because this isn't overbearing in the slightest.

The OG
Truly the standout, the sandalwood I'll forever compare sandalwood to. My moments of being taken out of my love for this scent because of its popularity are few and far between because I'm immediately brought back in memory every time I put it on. I feel so lucky that this scent takes me back to my first time at the McKittrick Hotel. (One of the performers in SNM must have been wearing it, if not half the audience.) When I put it on I'm reminded of mercury, this constantly shifting silver liquid, always moving/never stationary. It will always smell like mystery and magic and murder to me and I hope it never changes.

Cool and fluid
Less solid than it's name would give the impression, this is a cooler lavender scent that has such nuance! The overall note impression gives this synthetic inky liquid, which I'm obsessed with. I would've guessed there is cardamom in the mix because of this sharp metallic thing in the beginning, but I dunno!
