The simple things in life
A rather linear and simple scent, the shy gourmand. It starts off a bit dry and slightly woody, creamy vanilla, and then this subtle caramel note reveals itself. Thank goodness it’s subtle. I’ve had some difficulties with caramel in the past...burnt notes, Maggi associations...I still shudder at the toffee candidate (is bacon burning in the pan here?). Bon Parfumeur has created an everyday gourmand with its No 402 that doesn’t fall into the edible category, rather unobtrusive, perhaps a bit too bland for some. Okay, I’ll be honest, I wouldn’t buy it as a bottle. It lacks that certain something. Projection is rather weak, longevity and sillage are moderate, but finally, a nice caramel note! Thank goodness I don’t perceive powdered sugar! Autumn caressing scent, could also be from Rituals.

How could I forget you...
Immediately steals into my heart during this gloomy season. A cozy, soft, cardamom-creamy scent that envelops me in comfort. It comes on velvet paws, like your pet that senses you're not feeling well and invites you to cuddle under the blanket with fluffy socks, a hoodie, a scented candle, and a cup of tea. I perceive cardamom, a hint of vanilla, a tea note, those throat-soothers with spices like cinnamon... a touch of chai latte. Currently, I have my Rituals limited edition scented candles on. One variety is called Mystic Cedar, and just a few days ago I thought, oh dear, it needs the matching perfume. OK, Jovoy probably had that idea first. So enjoy this scent next November with a cup of chai latte and a scented candle.

Yougurette Couture
It really smells like a yogurt bar to spray on. Juicy Couture is known for its berry caramel creations. I can clearly perceive a cocoa note but in whole milk with this strawberry yogurt note. No dark cocoa. The scent also becomes creamier and more chocolatey towards Chocolate Greedy with this berry note in the background. Great for extreme gourmand fans. I'm feeling just like with Angel Muse, I don't know if I want to smell that sugary sweet. Nevertheless, a very beautiful sensual scent; when this berry note recedes into the background, it actually comes across as feminine, sensual, and woody. Personally, I wouldn't get a bottle now, as I use this type of fragrance too infrequently. Very good longevity!

The White Butterfly
Unfortunately, Salvatore does not evoke great emotions in me with this fragrance. I somehow expected something different. A hint of bergamot kisses white peach. A touch of lemon like in this lemon yogurt ice cream and a somewhat shy floral note. The scent is as soft and ticklish as the flutter of a butterfly's wings. Unfortunately, this emotion feels too restrained for me. Clean, minimally citrusy, a shy flower girl.

Friends of Fresh Laundry...
Reminds me a bit of disinfectant in the opening.... Very sterile and somewhat piercing.. but not that well-known cotton synthetic DNA like the Muse. It then drifts towards a men's barber visit and Febreeze fresh laundry spray.... and how could it be otherwise, I don't like it and that's why it lasts above average on my skin. Unisex scent that starts sterile, edgy, and masculine. I'm out:-)
