Little fluffy clouds

Musc Invisible is one of those 'skin musks'. Soapy, sweet-creamy and cuddly. Typically, they give an impression of human skin radiating warmth. A particular taste. While some people would hardly consider this a perfume, others can't resist to vacuüm-sniffing their skin. Maybe that is also because these musks seem to behave differently on everyone.

In this genre, the balance between clean and funky is a recurring theme. Kiehl's Musk No.1, for instance, has a tiny animal purr. Serge Luten's Muscs Koublaï Khan has quite a bit of funk. Musc Invisible stays safely on the clean side of the spectrum, closer to Serge Luten's Clair de Musc. Clean, but not sterile. Kind of like "Should I shower yet or can it wait? Nah I'm good". But every now and then skin warms up and I find myself re-checking. Still good, still good.

There is a fluffiness to the composition. I suppose that's the cotton flower effect. This gives a light, airy feeling to the whole and balances out the sweet-creaminess of the musks. Overall I find the perfume very easy to wear, pretty long lasting and office safe. Wafting little fluffy clouds all day.

Normally I don't care for 'scentracks', but this one is straight from The Orb's Adventures beyond the Ultraworld, promise!

Distinct and warm

I’ve gone through a major illness and medications that drastically altered my taste in scent. My trigger is anything overly sweet, fruity, or anything too strong, which all used to be my favorite notes. So, I went into a perfume shop and told the sales person that I was looking for a cozy, soft scent without sweetness, she offered me a sample of this.
It was an instant love for me, but an unusual one. The top note was fleeting and reminded me vaguely of a candy I used to have as a child, but without its sweetness; I think it was a gummy jasmine note. The top faded soon enough, and by the 20 minutes mark I started to smell the scent of…fabrics? Paper? Specifically, I’m talking about a scented roll of toilet paper, mixed with a scent of a clean linen out of a drier, but not in a bad way at all. In fact, it was very comforting and nostalgic to me because it reminded me of my grandma. But it steered away from being a “dated” scent—not exactly a modern “clean” scent, either—it was just a league on its own. The scent dried down to something reminiscent of a Japanese spa, fresh and warm, in about 4-5 hours. You get the strongest silage at 1-2 hours mark (at your arm’s length) and the longevity is moderate.
Overall, I really liked the scent and I couldn’t stop sniffing my wrist the entire wear. It was a warm linen scent that was both comforting and simultaneously made me stand out from the crowd. Will definitely try to get a hold of a full bottle.

Addicting, but not sure if it's in a good way?

Got a sample and was really excited to try it since I like a lot of scents from JHAG, but I’m a bit let down. On me it smells like an overdose of laundry or a sharp (cheap) cotton scented candle and the initial spray gave me a headache.
The middle reminds me of LUST from Lush (so a lot of jasmine). The drydown on clothes has a real intense soapy feel and it’s also quit pleasant eventually. It still smells like laundry tho.
The dry down on skin on the other hand is very distinctively musk.

Clone of Body Shop White Musk from the 90ies.

Just got my nose on this today for the first time since 1996. Got hit by an overwhelming nostalgia and transported back to high school where my girlfriend at the time used this scent. It's so so good. Warm and intimate, fluffy, musky and sexy at the same time.

This is a clone of Body Shops White Musk from that era (90ies).

Juliet has a mirage

tested today at the sephora in Lyon part dieu.

It was the perfume that first caught my attention because it was the bottle in the collection that attracted me the most.

I quickly became disillusioned and understood the presence of Invisible in the title. This perfume does not smell anything at all, the trail is non-existent contrary to the price.

in the same style as the particular accord of Givenchy and black sugar of arte profumi the new perfume bussiness that smells nothing.

perhaps for people who seek to wear perfume without smelling anything outside so as not to disturb customs.
