Love Grenade
I received the fragrance by chance as a free sample online and was immediately surprised by how pleasantly sweet and warming the scent is. Today, the 50ml bottle finally arrived.
The opening smells very fruity and berry-like, but what makes the fragrance so wonderful for me is the drydown, which starts quickly. After 5-10 minutes, I personally perceive mainly a blend of berries along with cinnamon, tobacco, and a hint of saffron. Very pleasant and has a warming quality, definitely a great scent for winter - especially since I don't know many fragrances that smell so fruity and juicy while still being suitable for winter, although I would dare to try it in summer. The fruitiness in the perfume could make it wearable even at higher temperatures. The progression is not very exciting and rather linear, but that's not a problem since the scent itself simply smells fantastic throughout.
I can really imagine this scent for dates and generally for cozy evenings; it creates a wonderful contrast to the typical gourmands that lean towards, for example, "Noir Extreme (Eau de Parfum) | Tom Ford."
The bottle is an absolute grenade - literally. Super nice design like in the entire Spicebomb line and very creative, fits well in the hand, and it's just fun to hold the thing in your hand, though maybe that's just the playful child in me :D
H/S was really decent for the price and considering it's an EdT. It projects for me at least around 6 hours quite solidly, and after that, I can still perceive it up close.
In conclusion, as the title suggests, for me it's simply the ultimate dating scent (mainly for winter). If you're looking for something fruitier like a berry mix and warming with tobacco/chill notes, definitely give it a try.

A New Day from the Summer Camp
I have a very strong "déjà vu" when I smell this fragrance. It takes me back in time to when I was a child and spent a lot of time in the woods as a scout during summer camps, chopping wood and such.
A lot of coniferous forest, plenty of rain, and a decent breeze flowing through the woods, that's what I can smell here. This could be due to the vetiver, but I believe the cypress is mainly responsible for it.
Thus, the scent has already made a very positive impression on me; regarding the sillage, I find it rather subtle. It’s more like a fresh, earthy second skin that you carry with you, very pleasant and more suitable for cooler days. In my opinion, it doesn’t draw incredible attention to itself, as the sillage isn’t present enough, but it works very well for smelling a bit fresher on colder days (without going into the aquatic direction like
Bleu de Chanel Eau de Toilette).
There isn’t much to say about the bottle, but I find it very positive that the cap is made of wood on the outside and sits well on the bottle for the price. I can easily hold the 100ml bottle by the cap; it sits securely and doesn’t wobble.
The price, as already mentioned, is truly excellent; it was a blind buy for me, and the 100ml were definitely worth it. It lasts about 6 hours on me, after which it is only perceptible up close.

Gentlemen, LNDL is finally back!
YSL shot themselves in the foot when they reformulated the fragrance many years ago; the longevity completely vanished, and that is well known by now. Over the years, various versions of the original were released, but none came close to the real "La Nuit de L'Homme"... until now :)
I specifically marched into a Douglas store just for this review and compared the original with this one, and what can I say... it smells 99% like Bleu Électrique. You can clearly tell that the folks at YSL had a single goal: to resurrect the classic and bring back the holy grail that was lost to all of us many years ago, and they have succeeded, 1000%.
About the scent itself:
Bleu Électrique smells a little fresher, at least when you first spray it, but after that, it is 1 to 1 the same seductive spice and sweetness as the original, possibly a little more modern, and I can't complain about the longevity. 5 hours+ are easily achievable; at least I can smell the scent on myself consistently for that long, and people around me notice it even longer. You might want to reapply halfway through the day, and that’s that - however, the scent is not really suitable for daytime wear anyway; it’s not called "The Night of the Man" in French for nothing, so the longevity is perfectly fine for what the scent is meant to be - a fragrance for going out, for a cozy evening, for a "masculine night."
Regarding the advertising campaign:
I don't quite understand why YSL isn't promoting this fragrance more vigorously. The only thing I've seen was a single post on Instagram, and that’s it. If it weren't for Parfumo, I would have never discovered this scent, and I'm sure that many fans of the original would be thrilled with this one since YSL has finally given back what everyone has missed after all these years.
Pricing:
Lastly, let’s talk about the price. 100 ml for just under 70 euros, bought blind. I can't complain; I would have even paid double or triple, to be honest, considering how fascinated I still am by the scent.
Final words:
I see that more and more people are leaving reviews here and how the scent is climbing higher and higher in the rankings; it’s currently at Top 87 in men's perfumes, and honestly, I am incredibly happy to have discovered this scent so early and to witness more and more people becoming aware of it and just as enthusiastic as I am.
The fragrance definitely belongs in the top 10; it is an absolute masterpiece and a must for the evening. Treat yourself to at least a small bottle for 30 euros and see for yourself; I promise on my honor that no one will be disappointed. My review, along with those from everyone else here, speaks volumes about what YSL has achieved.

A Review from a Guy
I once met a lady and we headed to a restaurant that evening. Aside from the fact that she looked stunning, she also wore this fragrance.
And I assure anyone reading this, this was the first and last scent that has etched itself in my mind as much as this one. The floral/powdery notes and lychee completely blew me away, and even days later I kept thinking back to that evening just because of this fragrance.
Someone wrote here "irresistibly feminine" and that hits the nail on the head. The scent is not heavy but really light and captivates you, at least from my perspective, and the fragrance is so unique in itself; nothing I've ever smelled in women's perfumes comes close to this scent.
If a lady is reading this and considering buying the fragrance, it is really not expensive, and I recommend at least trying it out. Magic times ten.

Elderwood - pure magic
First of all, I want to show you an image that, strangely enough, perfectly captures this scent for me:
https://image3.uhdpaper.com/wallpaper/ahri-lol-elderwood-splash-art-uhdpaper.com-4K-3.554.jpg
A bit about the scent:
At first, there is indeed a strong top note, as described, with the grapefruit and bergamot standing out clearly.
But what happens after one to two hours is magic...
This perfume develops into exactly the image mentioned above. As if you are in an enchanted forest surrounded by glowing oak moss (perhaps this Clearwood plays a role in it) and fresh fruits as well as flowers continuously. You can also smell the woody notes; it is far too versatile to describe, and the perfume has completely enchanted me. What shocked me the most is the longevity...
A bit about the longevity:
Never more than two sprays. The sillage is incredible and so strong; you can smell it on yourself for hours, and others can smell it just the same. A whole day is no problem for this scent; as long as you don't take a shower, you can smell the perfume continuously and experience the interplay of the different notes among themselves and with each other. I mean this 1 to 1 as I say it, the perfume lasts forever, better than 10/10. I've never experienced anything like it.
Conclusion:
Perfect for summer, lasts an eternity, and enchants everything and everyone, especially yourself. It is incredible. 100ml for about €350 is absolutely justifiable; this bottle will never run empty anyway.
